The travel mug's cap design presents significant drawbacks, can't believe this design. Unlock it proves challenging, it is frustrating to get quick and easy access to your beverages. The lock button's functionality doesn't work well, failing to open the lid and leading to spills and leaks.

The media could not be loaded. I have an older version of this model. Absolutely loved it. Wanted to get another one and this new one leaks quite a bit from the buttons. I took a video at work.
