The frame is solid and heavy, the crystals are well packed. I haven't installed yet, but cannot locate the pins that put the crystals on the frame. Also, there are 3, not 4, chains that hold frame to cap. All the pictures show 4 chains. Hope that 3 chains will be strong enough to hold the frame with all the crystals. ... show more

The add of the product does show you how to assemble, it took my husband two hours and my help in the point of holding the whole thing while he connected the cables to the roof ones, total two hours, no missing or broken parts like the other reviews mentioned. Doesn’t come with lights so think of that, and looks beautiful. A very similar one, already assembled from a “good brand” was $1600, so, if you assemble and install yourself, you really save a lot of money. Worth it! ... show more
