These lamps were exactly as described. Sturdy and very simple to set up. Measurements were accurate so I knew in advance they would be a perfect fit on my end table. My only issue was with the night light bulbs. Way too bright to not have a shade. Hurt my eyes to look directly at the light. The problem was easily solved. I ordered 25 watt (2 watt) vintage bulbs. I wouldn't say this lamp is super great quality, but not bad either. I could've done without the "night light" on the lamp base, but it's kind of a unique feature. The main reason for 3 stars is because the "night light" is WAY too bright to look at - like, it hurts your eyes to look at the 4 watt bulbs that come with the lamp. So I purchased a lower watt tubular Edison bulb (Sunlite LED Filament Tubular Light Bulb Vintage Edison Style, 2 Watts), but even that is too bright... and you can't really find much less than 2 watts. I think you get the idea of how bright the bottom light is from the image I attached. So after a lot of research, today I purchased another tubular bulb with smokey/gray glass. I'm hoping that will be easier on the eye... but those cost me $50 each! Why wouldn't they make the "night light" dimmable??? ... show more

The binding on the shade is a very sloppy, bulky seam. The Edison bulbs for the night light (which is what made we want the lamps) are more like a car’s bright headlight - not conducive to a ‘soft’ night light...overall quite disappointed

    • Can't Find bulbs with a low enough wattage!

I love the look of the lamps! The two big draws for us were the usb ports built into the lamps and the night light feature. The upper bulb takes a standard size bulb (E26 base) AND so does the lower night light bulb base. The problem is we can't find bulbs with the standard base with a low enough wattage to use in the night light base. We have tried Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, and a long list of sites online that carry bulbs. We put 4 watt bulbs in and they are way too bright due to the bulb being in the lower lamp area and not shielded by a shade. Too bad as we didn't want complete darkness when watching tv, but did want a little bit of light. ... show more

Beautiful lamps! At first I thought the usb cables didn’t work after trying two cables on them. Requested a return and customer service was on point and happy to make it right. Loved the lamps so much I decided to make another attempt to see if the usb would work with a new charger cord, before sending them back. Worked like a charm! Lamps weren’t defective, both my power cords were. Awesome customer service! Only thing that could use a change is the lower bulbs are a little too bright. The lamps are sturdy and I like the light beige color of the lamp shades. The lamps are a good size for a living room. I am having a hard time finding a bulb for the nightlight part - all the bulbs I have gotten are too bright. I might try to convert to a bulb with a smaller base. The USB charge is very nice - and I'm not sure the AMPS but it charges my phone quicker than any other charger I own! ... show more
