  • Works with direct drive
I was able to use the seat from my old Playseat Evolution without any modding. Compared to the Playseat this thing feels next level. Really impressive for the price, it holds the wheelbase well but I'm sure anything beyond 5-7nm would be too much. Bolted up to my Moza wheelbase fine without mods and pedals only required one hole to be drilled. I have some mods for my pedals and it requires a bit of force and there's no flex issues, at least not enough to get your braking rhythm off. The wheelbase is held well I'd say it's a good 7/10 on flex and it's not enough to effect your driving. I really only notice it when at low speeds/crashing. I only do traditional racing/open world roaming so maybe drifting would make this thing shake a bit more frequently. The shifter mount is pretty flexy and you can tell this is where costs were cut. It's never been enough to make me miss a shift but it does break immersion a bit/feels lousy. Not a huge fan of the hand nuts I wish companies would use pins/bolts but I can't say they've become loose and I do check regularly. You could probably just buy a junkyard seat and a mounting bracket and really get yourself an amazing rig for cheap if you don't have an old one. ... show more

  • Solid rig for budget setups
I've been overall happy with this unit - my first standalone sim rig. I was able to buy it during a sale period for $120, so for that it is definitely a good value, and if you are looking for something for your G29/923 or similar budget gear driven wheel, this should be plenty sturdy. Deducting a point because there is still a good amount of flex when using this with my 8nm Fanatec CSL DD. If you have a >5nm/direct drive wheel and are expecting it to be rock solid, save your money and put it toward something sturdier. Compatibility for me has been fine, I've been able to find hardware to fit everything necessary without much issue, including fabricating a plywood platform to mate the rig and a seat taken from a 90's era Corvette. I just adjusted my pedals to be farther back on the pedal tray and compressed the rig while keeping the wheel more or less in the same spot and have found a decent fit for my 6' person, though I have introduced a pretty large variable in seat positioning with my custom "adapter". I've heard that having a 90 degree bend in your elbows is a pretty good starting point. The adjustable feet are a must, especially as I have the front half on bare wood and the rear on carpet. Despite using some blocks, I find myself adding more adjustment to the front two feet to keep everything as stiff and planted as possible. With my wheel turned up to basically the full 8nm, it can lift a corner of the front off the ground on occasion of highest torque but I suppose that's partially just physics unless it was wider/heavier. You get what you pay for, and I think it's unreasonable to expect more out of a rig in this price range. Perfect for entry level wheelbases and serviceable for setups in the 5nm range. ... show more

  • Works Great! Perfect for the Money!
I was in the market for a GT Omega ART but came across this and took a chance on it. I couldn't be happier! It does everything I need it to! I mounted a Moza R12 and SRP load cell pedals to it. There is very little flex in the chassis. Obviously its not as solid as a profile rig but for ~$100 cheaper than the ART its perfect. I bought the seat separate but from the same company and it mounted up perfectly and works great and is surprisingly comfortable. The only draw back to it is it only had 2 correct mounting holes for the SRP pedals and they would occasionally slide up the tray out of position. I had to drill holes to mount the front of them but after that there is zero movement in the pedal tray and they stay perfectly in place. If you're debating on buying it and in the market for an entry level chassis I would 100% do it! ... show more

  • Amazing for the price
Honestly I haven't made such a happy purchase for a while. Easy to build, way sturdier than my previous budget rig. Proper mounting holes for my T300, great adjustment room and genetically very structure with no wobbles. For just over $100 this is a great deal. It came with bolts and washers needed for mount my wheel/pedal, and even included Velcro stapes for wire management. I could see myself spend more time on Nurburgring. ... show more

  • Excellent Quality
I bought this for my son as he is building a simulator for his game system. The box concerned me when I got it because it was small however when he opened it everything was packaged perfectly inside each other. He put it together with ease and the quality of the product was outstanding and durable. He was very pleased. ... show more

  • Starter/Casual setup
Let's start off by saying that I purchased this because it was on sale for$125, absolutely the perfect price for someone that just really likes getting on a game and going for a race. For the price you just beat it. Now for the real stuff. I have the Moza R5 bundle and It fits just fine on it but i wish the pedals were a bit further back but I just don't feel like drilling more holes. The seat is where i had all the issues. Maybe I just a bad one but there isn't much to connect but nothing matched up to the point that if i didn't have drill i would've been sol. I managed to get everything to work and it's great now. Folks are right though about it not being sturdy. I can feel the tht vibrations from the wheel on the pedals very easily but who cares it's just something so that i don't have to have the wheel mounted to my desk and the pedals just sitting on the floor moving one and a while. Now i have my desk back and it's great ... show more

  • A Great Buy
This was a Christmas present for my husband and it ended up arriving earlier then estimated. My husband is just a little over 5'10 and it fit him perfectly, not only that but the car that we already had (that got pulled out of a car) lined up with the bars so that we didn't have to make any alters or get a whole new chair. I recommend this to anyone looking for a simple rig. ... show more
