arrived well protected and laid flat easily, its in the middle of my master bedroom so not exactly high traffic but it does get walked on every day (as well as slept on by my dog when he doesn't want to sleep in his crate). It also gets vacuumed multiple times per week. Over a year in and its still looking amazing!! I would say its high quality, its not exactly "plush" as its somewhat thin but it is soft to walk on. Overall would absolutely purchase again!!

We needed a rug for our living room, but didn't want to pay ridiculous amounts for a piece of shag to grace our floor while we have dirty little kids running around. We went to every home goods store in town, even checked out the bulk stores, and didn't feel comfortable dropping hundreds of dollars on something that would eventually be the resting place of toddler puke, baby food, shoe dirt, and who knows what other vile bodily fluids might make their way onto it. This was a really good deal for our situation, knowing we will one day have to replace it regardless of quality. We kept it in our Amazon shopping cart and waited for the price to drop before snagging it. We're glad we waited because it's not worth the extra twenty to thirty bucks of the original price. Upon receiving it, it did have a little off-gassing, but nothing bad. The underside is questionable as it looks to be made of super thin weed block/garden fabric. I feel that it will thin out pretty soon, but it won't necessarily affect the function or looks of the rug so I'm not too worried. The colors are great, not in-your-face teal, but quite lovely. It goes well with our white walls, brown cabinets and brown/grey floor. I'm sure the kids have already spilled beverages on it, but you can't really tell. It still looks new after about a month or two. It's not very thick, but it's nice enough to sit on and do a floor puzzle or play games with the kids. It's not very soft, either. I don't want to lay naked on it or anything so it's all good. Overall, we are pleased and will probably buy a similar rug in a few years to replace this one once the kids have thoroughly had their way with it.

This is a nice rug at a reasonable price and I recommend it if you want an easy care smart looking accent rug. I was looking for a bathroom rug and I wanted a purple-ish color. "-ish" is the operative suffix here. The purples that I found in bathroom rugs were too much, girlie/trendy/extreme, and the shag made it too much to look at in a small/standard bathroom. The wall paint is 'taupe' but it leans towards a lavendar hue. The biege rugs match the fixtures but I was bored with them. First, this is not in the bathroom rug catagory. This rug has a very low pile, a nice anti-slip bottom surface and the muted pattern is gentle on the eye. Why didn't I step out of the bathroom rugs box so much sooner?! I love this rug! I am so over the matchy-match look, the rug catagories. This rug is easy to wash. Warning, wash in cold to minimize wear/damage of the backing. Hot water and rubberized skid backings don't go together, ever. It's easy to vacuum because the low pile doesn't get caught up in the vac brushes. Because it's thinner than standard bathroom rugs, it drys quickly, minimizing humidity. I use a bath mat rather than stepping on the rug (any bathroom rug) while I'm dripping from the shower. I like the bath mats that are similar to towels, again, reducing drying time and humidity. Step out of the catagory of rugs and try this good value, nice rug in the bathroom! With company coming, this purchase was a last minute detail in making my home look fresh and pretty. As always, Amazon delivered without any problems at all. It actually arrived earlier that expected. Kudos for that! I had time to order another rug if this one didn't look right. Love me some Amazon!

I love Maples rugs!!! I’ve been buying them for years.I have the runners as well as the doormat size. First of all the patterns and colors are wonderful! They’ve been great for my older dog, because I can throw them in the wash. They also prevent her from slipping on the wood floors! They’re soft and comfortable to sit on. And they have a nice nap to them as well. They lay flat and stay in place. They’re the best!!!

I never buy any other rugs for entryways and hallways, or for when my dogs need a walking path on wood floors (very bad to let your dogs walk or run on wood floors - can cause so many issues with hips, backs) These rugs wash very well, dry fast and hold up! Love them!
