This rug is nice enough but not sure it's worth $26. I was hoping for a rug to match the brown and gray tones in my kitchen but the grey in the rug almost has a purple tint so I put it in my neutral laundry room. If you're trying to match chocolate brown or paint and furnishings with yellow/khaki/tan undertones, this rug will not work. If your main colors have cool undertones in the purple gray area, it should work fine. It vacuums easily at a low setting and I'm sure it will wash well.

I bought this because I have previously purchased other rugs by this same maker (in different patterns) and had great luck with those. They were super durable and easy to clean - just throw them in the wash and they are good as new. NOT this rug. On first appearance it looked the same, except maybe a scratchier feel to the fabric. But after washing it, it looked horrible. It pilled up terribly, and with each wash it is even worse. It looks like it has a layer of hair/fur stuck to it because of the way the fabric is breaking down and every little blade of grass or dirt that comes off your shoes just gets entangled in it. You also can't run a vacuum over it without it getting all caught in the cleaner. So I can't vacuum it, can't wash it, and it's a total trash trapper. I've only had this rug out for about 3 months and I am looking for a replacement already. So disappointed.

I bought 4 to put in my kitchen after our dog and general wear and tear had made my current ones look very shabby. I was worried these would be too dark, but I'm actually glad they are. They look great, even elegant and no muddy paw prints show. And they are easy to clean! They feel soft and plush under foot. For the price they are a bargain. EDIT: they are easy to wash despite another review saying theirs fell apart. I never read the how to wash, but I used an oxy detergent and cold water on delicate cycle. They came out great. I air dried. One had alot of dog paw mud that did not come out, so I used carpet cleaner on a damp rag and it came right out.

I have this rug at the side of my bed, so I don't freeze my feet on cold hardwood flooring. I needed a neutral color and skid resistent because my dog jumps on the bed, but would not if there was not a rug there for her. I do wish it was a bit wider, but the 24" width is still pretty good. The rug has a lovely antique "aged" look to the pattern, and just enough nap that I do not feel the cold when stepping on it first thing in the morning. I have never had these rugs slip around, even though we have 2 large dogs who walk on them daily. They are thin, but vacuum nicely. I've never had the vacuum suck them up either! If you need inexpensive washable rugs that look much more expensive than they are, consider these. My favorite one is the Maples Distressed Lexington rug. It has a warmth to the neutral colors and an understated elegance, because it isn't bright colors or pop-out flashy. Plus, my Great Pyrenees fur monster dog loves to lay on it at night.

After spending four years constantly straightening the two memory foam bathroom mats in front of my sinks, I broke down and purchased this rug as a replacement. My expectations were not that high considering the price of about $20. I am pleased to write that the rug looks beautiful, sits flat on the floor, and does not slide around at all. It is also low enough to not interfere with the door while still being a tiny bit plushie and warm on the feet. All that and you can put it in the washing machine. I am one hundred percent satisfied with this purchase.

I purchased 3 of these rugs so that my disabled dog could walk to the back door as she could no longer walk on the tile. The backing of the rugs provide a good “stick” to the tile. Never once did they slip or move from position. The rug itself is very thin and doesn’t provide much cushion. If you need a reasonably priced rug and you aren’t looking for a luxury type quality, then I would recommend. I was happy with the purchase. After we no longer needed the rugs for our dog, I placed one in the entry door and it works well there!

I purchased this rug after first purchasing a much more expensive rug for my entryway and not liking it at all. This rug is lighter than it looks in the picture. The creams and tans are more prevalent than the darker colors. Since it’s at the door, I considered sending it back but decided to keep it. I really just like the muted pattern and the color scheme. I’ve had other, smaller rugs from this company and have been pleased with the quality. Also, it’s a nice feature that they’re machine washable. I always just lay them on a rack to dry.

The 5x7 is just as pictured. The neutral tans and browns are what I was looking for - I can see the slight purple heugh other reviewers have mentioned, but only in certain lighting and it still works with the browns and tans in my living room (and luckily compliments the colors on the carpet I have no control over in my apartment). It is a thin rug that appears to have only single looped weaving so I'll make sure to be careful vacuuming it as they suggest on the care instructions, but it's very soft on bare feet and very appealing/really helped bring the room all together. Love that it's a small family business and everything is made in the USA.
