It's a very quite fountain, you can hear the trickle every now and then when the room is calm and silent. The pump doesn't rattle or make obnoxious noises. The planter thing in the top is very tiny, I'm not too sure what exactly I could plant in it. I may put a faux plant in it eventually, as the rope doesn't really draw a lot of the water up into the planter for the intended self watering aspect. It's a sturdy tabletop fountain, doesn't look cheap in the slightest.

The media could not be loaded. I got this tabletop waterfall to have at work with me, to help amp up the calm. I am so pleased with this piece! It was easy to put together, and I even had a tiny snake plant that fit perfectly in the planter at the top of the unit. I’ve been running it all day, four days a week in my office and have had to refill water just once after several weeks. It really does provide an atmosphere of calm in my space, and I love it!

This is so soothing when on. Very easy to assemble. Make sure you fully submerge the pump in water. Aesthetically pleasing. Will go with just about any decor in any room. I do recommend this product AFFORDABLE • GOOD QUALITY • GIFTABLE

It worked well first plug-in. Mine didn't come with instructions, but it doesnt' appear to need them. All you have to do is attach the pump and light, add water, plug in and let it do its thing. I didn't notice much trickling sound, but it works well and has a kicky little light. The plant pot is very small, but would be good with something small like an air fern or succulent or something cool like that. It does have a long wick down into the water but I don't see that it's really necessary. Perfect size for the desk top or a shelf at the office.

We just love having this cute water fountain on out desk Lovely to have the relaxing water sound. It’s super easy to set up and use. Small enough to set on about any table/desk top. Has flower pot on top that is cute as well. Even though it’s small it doesn’t require a lot of refilling and isn’t messy at all We’ve had no issues with water or splashing. Great addition to our office

I really like the way this looks, but I worry about leaving it running all day so a better way to turn it off and on - or a timer - would have been a nice addition. As it stands, you have to plug and unplug it from your outlet. I’d hoped for more. Price when reviewed: $44.99
