This chair comes in three pieces, with the bottom piece being the heaviest. The backrest and armrests are very soft and supportive. Assembly was really easy, and the chair is incredibly comfortable. The shipping box arrived slightly damaged, but thankfully, all the pieces inside were undamaged. The rocking motion is smooth, and the reclining function operates easily and smoothly. Closing the recliner requires using your leg, but that’s typical for manual recliners. The color is beautiful, and the fabric is super soft to the touch. We haven’t had to take it apart yet, but it looks like it will be very easy if we ever need to move it downstairs. The massage function is pretty cool too! Overall, a great purchase! ... show more

I like the rocker movement, ease of assembly, Silicon rubber feet protector, footrest open lever operation, recline position, fabric quality and cushion comfort. Compared to my worn out lazyboy recliner: seat height low, massager intensity weak and noisy rattle, harder to close footrest. Shipping box had damage but recliner not. Lucky about that. Overall disappointed but fair overall value. Not great. UPDATE: Recliner back was not fully inserted in seat bracket. Now massager works better with no rattles. Also, adjusted position of the end of footrest spring under seat on right hand side. Note: spring has 5 length settings. Now footrest closes easier. Changed review to 4 stars. ... show more

It was amazing how easy this was to assemble. I think I was done in less 5 minutes. Also amazing that this recliner has massage functionality which is something I've never had before in previous recliners. Very happy with this purchase. Overall a good recliner. Comfortable and solid. Small in size as others have mentioned. I'm 5'3", so not an issue for me, but may not be ideal for anyone much taller. I have 2 main issues with it that caused me to drop it a star. 1. No lumbar support The "overstuffed headrest" meets at my shoulders and pushes me forward, which ends up uncomfortably arching my back as the rest of the backrest is not "overstuffed", and the base of the backrest does not have adequate padding for the lumbar region. I'm having to search for a suitable lumbar pillow to make up for this. 2. Arm rests not high enough The arm rests are low. Again, I just solved this with some other small pillows I had in hand. This wasn't a big issue since I always have these pillows in the recliner anyway (previous recliner was quite large!). If for some reason, you don't need much lumbar support, or you have a pillow to make up for the lack of it, this one is good. Otherwise, keep looking. ... show more

I enjoyed this recliner a lot and would strongly recommend it. It had solid build quality and feels very soft and comfortable when sitting on it. It only took me 10 mins to have it assembled and works great as expected. Now, the recliner sits perfectly in my living room and i am considering to use it to replace my regular sofa.
