The reclining couch is very well made and I had no issues putting it together. It's comfortable in both the sitting position and reclining. It feels quite sturdy over the few months I've had it so far and the mechanisms still work fine. It has made a great addition to my game room and is the perfect size for my needs. Overall, an excellent recliner couch. Also, my cat loves it. It was also packed very well and despite one of the boxes having a big hole in it (from shipping, which is on Amazon/delivery and not the product/seller), there was no damage to any of the pieces. ... show more

Directions were not the best due to small print. Supports heavy people with no worries. All parts worked fine. Comfortable. All plugs work. All moving parts work. Even the lever seems strong. I only gave it 4 stars due to poor design with the 3 main parts, it really should have a way to connect in middle since after time any heavy leaning may stress the base and cause it to bow outwards...but not there yet. Color is good, liked the change of material where the feet are so less stains. Reclines perfectly. Fits all sized people comfortably. Storage draw is larger than I expected. ... show more

I was replacing very soft recliners with lower seats. I needed something firmer, sturdier, and wanted it to be more attractive. (My old ones were nice, but not nearly as nice as these.) It's relatively easy to put together - I do all of my assembly alone because I live alone. But if you had a second person it would go in a snap. I encourage you to follow the directions very very carefully. The first page is confusing because of the way they number the screws and such, but it's accurate. Not impossible like Ikea. The height of the seat is perfect, the cushioning is just right, it truly doesn't need any room between the back of the chair and the wall to recline because of the special design, and it provides excellent support. I have fallen asleep on it almost every night since I've gotten it - it's sooo comfortable! Oh, and I love the hidden drawer in the middle, the storage space in the console between the seats and the ability of the middle seat to flip down to a table. Those are the things that sold me after perusing a couple of dozen couches. ... show more

After a week of searching for the perfect seating solution for our theater room, we finally landed on the Dresegmt Loveseat Recliner, and we couldn't be happier with our decision! We previously had adult-sized bean bags, but this loveseat has truly elevated our comfort and convenience. Shipping & Packaging (5/5 Stars): The seller's communication was excellent from the start, clearly advising us that the loveseat would arrive in three separate boxes. While they arrived a few days apart, the entire delivery was still very timely. Each box was well-packaged, and the contents were covered in protective plastic, ensuring everything arrived in perfect condition. Assembly (5/5 Stars): The assembly instructions provided, along with the video on Amazon, offered clear, step-by-step guidance that made the assembly process seamless. It took no time at all to get it set up and ready for use. Comfort & Features (5/5 Stars): The recliners themselves are incredibly comfortable and very easy to operate. A simple pull handle releases the footrest, and to recline further, you just push back on the armrest. The added accessories are a huge bonus: the cup holders are perfectly placed, and the additional storage compartments are handy for keeping our remotes and other items tidy. A fantastic feature that really stands out is the inclusion of USB charging ports on either side of each seat – no more searching for outlets! Overall Value & Recommendation: The quality of this loveseat recliner truly stands out, given its sturdy wood and metal framing at this price point.     • Love the furniture, hate the directions

The furniture looks very nice and is soft. Cushions are ok, not as supportive as expected. The J-shaped couch has a pair of hooks to hold the sections together and is not very sturdy and difficult to hook. Shipping was confusing - boxes arriving over a couple days with no idea which box was which, so had to store the boxes until everything was delivered. I was thought it ironic that each box was labeled “surprise box” and unfortunately that label was accurate. Also, shipping company indicated everything was delivered, then more boxes arrived the next day, adding to the confusion. The boxes are labeled with letters but without directions you have zero idea which boxes goes with what piece of furniture, as we ordered one J-shaped couch and two loveseats. A total of 14 boxes…..wow. I probably should have ordered one piece of furniture at a time, although limiting the weight of each box is a good approach. Directions meet the three “I” standard of total fail - inaccurate, incomplete, and idiotic. The directions and illustrations are the absolute worst I’ve seen, and I’ve seen some very bad ones. You are left on your own to figure things out and can’t trust the illustrations because they are inaccurate. Once you figure things out though, assembly was not too difficult. Had to look at the photos to get a better idea on how each piece fits together. The sellers videos are just as awful as the directions, so no help there. With better shipping coordination and execution, and adequate assembly directions, I would have given this furniture 4 stars. It looks nice, works well, and is comfortable. ... show more

The lift footrest is a “hook” plastic apparatus (located between the seat and the armrests) you pull to accomplish the lift….the pull takes quite a bit of strength to do. The footrest is very flimsy…when my legs are in the upright position my 10 lb cat can move the footrest. The light between the chairs is very flimsy and I find it not very useable. If we had unboxed the unit as soon as we received it I would have returned it. As our life made it impossible to set it up immediately, and when we did, our deadline to return had passed.
