I was hesitant in buying this, expecting not to receive all the channels on the radio. I am very happy with the product. It matches exactly to the original from my 2015 Tacoma. It happens slow, some fuzzy static on your stations, out of range where you used to be in range, then nearly no reception at all. Sure enough, hidden corrosion in the antenna base. This unit fit perfect and restored the reception to like new.

Perfect replacement for you 2005-2015 Tacoma antenna. Put one in my 2014 and works like a dream. Radio got to where I couldn't even get our local station anymore. Replaced it with this and now I get all the local stations and others I used to listen to from farther away. Not the easiest to get the old one apart and off, but install is pretty easy. Very happy with this item! Great reception, durable and looks identical to the factory one.

This looks and fits exactly like the original. My original Toyota part corroded where the antenna attaches and I couldn't tune in stations anymore. This solved that problem. You will need to move the fender flair and fender well plastic to install this antenna assembly. The clips that hold the fender flair and fender well plastic cover will break when you remove them so buy some new clips.
