Got two for my son's, 8 and 10. The 10 year old is wearing this one. Bought 11-12 so there is some room to grow. It's a little big but not where it looks weird. Can't speak on durability since it was neither washed nor worn, but we all agree that it looks great and everyone likes it.

Besides being too large it was very nice! The denim was thick. The sewing was well done. There were nice little patches. The red hood is one of the reasons I bought it. Very nice also. Not thick though. If you were looking for a thick sweatshirt hood this is not it. It’s tee shirt material. It buttons on the inside of the collar. I hope he likes it when he grows a couple sizes. My grandson usually wears a 3t in shirts and a 2t in pants. The Carters zip front dinosaur fleece jacket fit great in the 3t. The Jean jacket is a couple inches longer and wider and at least an inch longer in the arms. ... show more
