Shipping was fast! Easy to unbox and seems very sturdy for the price. I am leaning to drive it. I have nerve damage in my spine that makes fine motor coordination difficult. Power unfolding and folding really helps. The baseboards are taking a beating. Goes fast for indoors. Haven't taken it outside yet. Turn radius is great! The only complaint I have in the first day is that you can't turn off the backup alert. I can't use it at night when my wife is asleep. Bothers the pets. I think they would be ok if it weren't for the beeping noise. ***Update*** I disabled the backup horn. Much better now. Very powerful chair. It's been 4 weeks and I am still impressed with the quality, power and features for the price. Chair is running well and I took it to the grocery store. What a relief for my bad feet. I think most of the negative comments are about learning to drive it and not about product quality itself. I am finding it great. Haven't needed any customer support. ****UPDATE**** 1 YR ON NOW. Still very happy. Used the chair a lot over the year. Still running great. Works well outside and inside. Good deal for the price.

This has been a great purchase that I did a lot of research on and read many reviews on many makes and models of powered wheel chairs before deciding on the IQ-700 auto-fold. I can easily get it in and out of any vehicle given its folded size and weight and only have to push a button for it to fold out or in. It's very comfortable and powerful as well, which is impressive given my size and weight of 270 pounds. Excellent purchase. Highly recommend!

It took about a week to arrive, which is to be expected. It did arrive a day early. It is super easy to set up. Attached the controller, activated auto-open. Took to the local mall. Normally I’d be leaning heavy onto my cane offer 100 feet. Recently sustained an injury (4 fractured vertebrae T4-T7) and in a back brace. So I’m unable to use the cane. Add CRPS to the mix and a wheelchair is necessary. I’ve had very active day, more than in the last 15 years. I can actually have quality time with family. Sturdy construction. Prefer over the bulky ones. Fits right in back of the SUV. Just need straps to secure to the frame. Thank you for making this product! Live changing.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! BOUGHT IT FOR A THREE WEEK ANNIVERSARY TRIP TO EUROPE. IN 2022. IT DID GREAT ON THE COBBLESTONES IN SICILY, ROME AND FLORENCE, PARIS. TOOK CUNARD BACK FROM SOUTHAMPTON, EXCELLENT ON A CRUISE. FLEW ON UNITED, LUFTHANSA, AND AIR FRANCE. TOOK IT TO THE PLANE DOOR FOR BOARDING UNITED AND LUFTHANSA TREATED IT LIKE A STROLLER . HAD IT DELIVERED TO TO ME AS I EXITED THE PLANE. AIR FRANCE DID NOT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. I HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE PAIRING THE REMOTE BUT IT SEEMS TO WORK WELL. Wanted to get a few months of use before I wrote a review: Firstly, let me say that this wheelchair has been a great help for my wife. She really is happy with the product, and has no major complaints. My issues are with the quality/durability of some of the components. I've had one of the transport wheels come off due to a bad screw assembly. You really need that wheel when try to move the wheelchair in the collapsed position. The second issue is the plastic seat belt which also easily broke. The seat belt needs to be made with metal not plastic. In addition, I really can't use the remote control, there is a significant lag between command and chair response. Lastly, the chair does perform well overall, and is a good transition prior to a large chair. One more thing, it does weight about 65lbs, some its not necessarily easy to stow and unstow.
