Item purchased thinking it is refurbished, like new. The unit was shipped loose in a box with the disks flopping around with the tool. After a couple uses, it was obvious that the trigger was bad and worked intermittently. I totally missed that this seller charges 50% of the cost of the unit to RESTOCK! In fact, I still cannot see where it is explained on the store front. They sold me a POS unit that did not work very long (15 minutes). I returned the unit, cleaned, with all the same material that was shipped with the unit. I will complain to AMAZON directly and will do everything I can to stop this kind of business practice.
