very happy with it. you can train all of you body muscles. takes about 2 hours to assemble. the assembly instructions can be a bit better such as giving numbers or letters to the parts. overall; excellent and you won't go wrong with it.

The unit is not as sturdy as I expected. There are many welded connections that are not put together perfectly straight or at a perfect 90-degree angle. The pully system with the rollers that holds the dumbbells is already starting to drag a little, so the operation isn't as smooth as it should be. I guess that's what I should expect for $600, but still, that's a decent amount of money.

Good equipment for the money. Is stable and was complete for hardware and not damaged. Cable system works fairly smoothly. Safety bars could be beefed up a bit. Also lay bar is sufficient but may invest in stand alone accessories. V bar, rope pull etc. Would recommend.

Go ahead and buy these J-Hooks. They are solid, heavily padded, and fit any standard 2-inch power cage. These hooks were priced at 1/2 the price of the other J-hooks on Amazon so I was hesitant at first. I jumped in and bought the, anyway. I liked them enough that I bought a second pair a week later. The hooks fit my power cage with no wobbles or rattles and the pads are thick and even a little shock absorbent. There is nothing I can think of improving. Go ahead and buy them. -This was NOT a paid review, just a very happy customer who got a great product.
