It came in a beautiful red box in a velvet red bag. Really nicely made. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because in the pictures the chain looks silver. I accidentally broke my pendulum by dropping it. The crystal broke off the chain. So, I wanted a back up one. Mine chain is silver with the same amethyst. Looks identical. Only in the description does it say it's bronze. Yes, bronze is a conductor. I just wish the picture shown that it was bronze color. No complaints besides that. It's still going to be a great back up. Quality and size is really good for the value.

When I tell you this item is CHEAP.... there isn't another word that comes to mind to describe this product..... maybe SCAM! The picture is inaccurate! It looks like you are getting an obsidian stone that has been cut into a pendulum shape, right? Well, it's more like ACRYLIC on the outside with some tiny black beads on the inside of the acrylic with wrapping wire thrown in for effects. And the company had the nerve to include "thank you" card for "loving" their product! Are they high?! I couldn't write this review fast enough and request a full refund!
