I have been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and it works with a low-dose medication that I take for anxiety and for sleeping. I notice if I run out of this. I also take Hyland's Calme's Forte for sleeping. I get a good night's sleep with them. I do not feel groggy with them. The Neve Tonic helps me manage a stressful job and it's safe enough to take an additional dose during additional stressful/anxious time because being a natural supplement. A great buy! I love these. They work great for what they are made for. We love the Hylands brand. The ingredients work "with" your body. No side effects. They disappear in your mouth very quickly. They taste good.

    • No water needed, calms you without making you groggy.
It works! I keep it by the bedside, I'm a poor sleeper & need these to help me calm down. Put a few -two or three- in your mouth (no water needed) let them dissolve and go to sleep. Won't make you groggy in the morning which most them do.
