Needing a new wheelchair, I purchased one from this company. After a couple of weeks, a bracket holding the seat to the back, broke. Contacted seller thru Amazon. Next day, John(from company) said he would send a replacement. I was expecting a replacement for the broken bracket, and I would replace it myself. Instead, I received a new wheelchair! I ordered this wheelchair. It was marketed as all All Terrain Wheelchair and several reviews noted that the inner tubes needed to be replaced. I expected to do this but when the wheelchair arrived, the wheels were solid, no inner tube. I tested it out on grass with a friend sitting in it, and it seems to work on grass although it would never work in sand. It was quite a bit harder to push on grass, although it did go on grass. I purchased it for my mom to use at my son's wedding because the ceremony will be on grass. I hope it works. It was quite a bit cheaper than the wheelchairs engineered for sand.
