I’m 64 years old & put it myself with no trouble a little heavy but managed. The only thing is that at the end of the plug-in on the air conditioner. There’s a reset button or a you know when your kitchen plug-ins go off and you have to hit them buttons well there’s one on the end of the plug so I had to touch that and it started working and it works beautifully. I have no problems. Was delivered with no problems no dance no nothing everything went perfect I have no complaints. We’ll just have to see how long it lasts. Hopefully five years. I’d be happy. Oh, and I put it in an RV too. ... show more

Not a review a question, WHERE IS THE DRAIN PLUG?! I've had this unit for a little while and I'm starting to hear water splashing, I can't find the drain plug to make sure it's not clogged

First, I'm upset while writing this just so you know. I've had this window unit for three weeks and am trying to return it and the seller isn't willing to take it back. I've been going back and forth with them and they are demanding pictures to help me. There are several problems with this (which I've told them) first I'm disabled and my help isn't able to come over and it's boxed up and ready to be picked up. Second, the original reason I'm sending it back is because the fan is scrapping on metal inside the unit which is a matter of time before something more goes wrong. How am I supposed to take a picture of that? There is also a design flaw that there aren't any drain holes on the bottom so water can drain, so water collects inside the unit causing it to rust (remember it's only been three weeks). We found that out when the water emptied all over my rug and floor. Again, I told them all of this and they still aren't helping me. I shouldn't have to give them any explanation because it's within the 30 days return window. It's been a week of back and forth emails and she (Jane) are still demanding pictures. This is idiotic on a good day. I'm not asking for exceptions to be made on my part. It seems to me like they are trying to run the clock out on my "no questions asked" on the 30 day return policy.
