I’m very impressed with the Solar Magnetic Wireless Backup Camera and Monitor System that I recently purchased. I found the system to be well constructed, easy to setup/use and quite versatile. The camera housing is made of steel not plastic and is very robust. The solar panel and adjustable camera lens are nicely integrated into the housing with very few seams which allows the camera to used even in inclement weather without fear of water penetration. The monitor is surprisingly lightweight considering its large 7-inch viewing area. The suction cup bracket holds firmly and is easily adjusted whether being attached to the windshield or to the dashboard. Right out of the box, I found setup and operation of this system to be extremely simple and straight forward. Once fully charged and powered up the camera automatically paired and projected a clean crisp image. Making adjustments to the image on the monitor is relatively easy if you follow the menu function instructions in the user manual. I would recommend making any necessary adjustments prior to mounting the monitor to the lower middle portion of the windshield due to the fact that the menu buttons are located on the back of the monitor and may be difficult to access from the driver’s seat. The menu options are plentiful and easily allow the operator to modify the projected image to compensate for different conditions (i.e., brightness, time on/off, contrast, backup line location/width, zoom, image mirroring/flip, etc.). Furthermore, because this system utilizes Bluetooth technology, I’ve found I can use it as intended but also in a variety of different applications. Throughout the day, I often use multiple trucks and trailers to support my farming/landscaping business. Transferring this system from one vehicle to another is practically effortless. Most of my equipment (i.e., tractors, skid steer, front loader, etc.) do not have backup cameras which can make it challenging to operate especially in confined spaces. This camera solves that problem. I’m currently using this system on a skid steer to complete a landscaping around a client’s house without any fear of backing into any existing trees or plants. As a E-Bikes enthusiast, I’m also planning to use this device during the RV camping season to maintain visual contact of my E-Bikes from inside the RV. Well built, easy to operate and very versatile. Well worth the money.

The product arrived promptly and was well packaged. I charged the camera battery and installed the unit. The camera has a strong non-marring magnet which will hold firmly to a metal surface. The camera paired instantly with the monitor. The video clarity was excellent and had great detail. I had to flip the view to orient the camera, but after that, everything was perfect. I also thought the instructions were clear and very user friendly. All said, this camera is well worth the money and I'm very happy with the product. This is an absolute must have for RVers and those who want the added security when backing or simply camping.
