The quality looks and feels good. The bulk powder is great and very versatile. I mix it in with yogurt and tastes just fine. It has many benefits and I like that it is unflavored and without unnecessary fillers etc.. Will look to reordering again.

    • Because you can't get the liquid anywhere...
One thing that we've all become used to over the past 2.5 years is that weird stuff is just unavailable at any price. One of those things is the little glass bottles of magnesium citrate solution that you used to buy at the grocery store or pharmacy when your plumbing would back up. I couldn't find it anywhere, nor could I even order it online. So, I did what any enterprising soul would do, I bought this bag of mag citrate powder and was uncomfortable for a couple days until it arrived. Then I had to figure out how to mix it to get the desired effect. Since I didn't have a bottle to look at, I had to search online and found a photograph of the label of the "Equate" brand which says that its active ingredient is magnesium citrate, 1.745g per fluid ounce, and it's the usual 10 ounce bottle. So, I measured out a heavy 17 grams on my kitchen scale, mixed it with a glass of tap water and... well... it doesn't dissolve. So, I was stirring it up and trying to chug it before the powder fell out of suspension. I don't know how they make the stuff you buy in bottles, but I'm looking at the label again now and it says that it has as inactive ingredients citric acid (I also bought a bulk package of powder as I use it to clean my coffee maker, and it is also used to add acidity to some canning recipes), "flavor", purified water, saccharin sodium, and sodium bicarbonate (also known as baking soda, of which I also have a bulk quantity, having purchased it at the Co of Cost when I moved and found I didn't have any). I have all of those items save for the "saccharin sodium" maybe if I get bored I will see if one of them helps this dissolve better, since I have well over a quart of this stuff still (I have it stored currently in a half gallon Mason jar.) However, you will be reassured to know that my ugly suspension worked just like the product I would have bought had it been available, and now I have a lifetime supply of magnesium citrate. ... show more

I’m very happy with this BCAA 2:1:1 powder. It mixes well with water and doesn’t leave clumps. The taste is pleasant and not too strong, which makes it easy to drink during workouts. I’ve noticed it helps with muscle recovery and reduces soreness after exercise. The quality feels excellent, and the packaging is convenient. This is great because you can put it in a smoothie when you make it if you don't like taking capsules, everyone needs magnesium! Very reasonably priced as well. I love Amazon you can just get everything that you need and wanted right off the Internet.

    • Decent quality, could be cleaner
It’s mediocre quality, extremely dusty and you WILL need to transfer parts of it to usable containers with a proper lid so prepare for a dust cloud. Worst part is that it’s hard to dissolve, which Incan live with, but the weird pieces of debris occasionally left in my mouth when reaching bottom of a glass is concerning. I question the source and processing integrity of this brand due to large bulk at cheap prices, but that’s obviously why we’re buying it, and therefore I still give 4 stars because it’s basic magnesium without additives that works for 💩 and is affordable. I prefer Pure Encapsulation for cleaner effectiveness by the powder is too expensive and only worth the price to me when my GI can tolerate capsules well. I decided to buy this again but this time will transfer all of it to a large glass mason storage jar, then a measured amount premixed with water in a quart mason jar that I can sip from several times a day for 3-4 days.
