  • Nice wrench
Style: Dipped Handle, 8-Inch
A great every day tool. The quality and feel are good, it has a place in my everyday tool bag.

  • The Best Adjustable Wrench I've Ever Used
Style: Dipped Handle, 8-Inch
I was watching Project Farm's review of adjustable wrenches, and I saw that the Klein wrenches were a top pick. Amazon didn't have the exact model that he tested, but I felt like I could trust any of these Klein. I ended up picking this one because my use is mostly for theatrical/houses of worship and the bolts/nuts I need to turn are all under 1 inch in diameter. I loved the plastic dipped handle, and the build quality is top notch. As a reference, I've only used cheap Chinese wrenches from the red and blue discount tool store. This is definitely one of those buy once, cry once kind of purchases. But it is totally worth it in my opinion. ... show more

  • No all adjustable wrenches are the same
Style: Dipped Handle, 8-Inch
I have an old adjustable wrench with a very sloppy head. A plumbing repair on a European faucet called for a wrench I didn't own, and the old wrench was not to be trusted. Based on a youtube review [on project farm] caused me to buy this. Holy Cow! This is terrific. Great tool and the best adjustable wrench I've ever owned. While I rarely need this kind of wrench, I am happy to own the best. ... show more

  • Sweet wrench but a bit small
Style: Dipped Handle, 4-Inch
Honestly one of the best adjustable wrenches I’ve ever owned but when I bought it I neglected to read the reviews and it’s teeny. It’s a great wrench though I like the tool, it’s excellent quality and lives up to the quality I expect from Klein tools. I thought about returning it but it’s gotten daily use in my tool pouch so now it has a permanent home there, if I lose it I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another. Also Klein tools people if you’re reading this sponsor me I will shill your wonderful products because they are ACTUALLY the best tools in my bag ... show more

  • Almost perfect. It opens to 5/8. Was hoping for more.
Style: Dipped Handle, 4-Inch
quality is where it should be. Not too much play in the worm gear/ adjuster; better than most. Doesn’t open up while your using it which is one thing I mainly look for. Next thing is jaw capacity. It only goes to 5/8”. And it’s possible to be wider. I found a 4” paramount that can open to 3/4”. I was hoping this one would as well. If it did I would give it 5 stars and it’d be perfect. I also found a proto that has a slightly larger head but still 4” long that opens to 11/16. I’m not sure of the quality of the metal on the proto though. The quality of metal on this 4” Klien seems to be better so far. ... show more

  • Smooth and tight
Style: Dipped Handle, 8-Inch
This replaces my SK 8 in adj wrench, which I use everyday, all day long at work. Taiwan made, this wrench has a barrel that would normally be found on the next size up and probably the tightest, smoothest action I’ve found. Over time, I do not expect the laser engraving or the vinyl handle to hold up. ... show more

  • Three 4-inch adjustable wrenches
Style: Dipped Handle, 4-Inch
I bought 3 different 4-inch (nominal) adjustable wrenches for comparison: The Klein D506-4, the Channellock 804 and the Bahco 8069 RC US. I'll review them together. An older review, by another customer, of 8" wrenches may be of interest https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R1VXP5HDPQ5FER . All three wrenches are made in Spain, and all are longer than 4" (4.3 for the Bahco, 4.5 for the Channellock and Klein.) And despite various information on their packages and on the Amazon listings, they all open to 9/16" (14mm.) They all have inch and metric scales on the jaws, but only the Channellock has a mark at 9/16; none have a mark at 14mm. The Channellock and the Klein are clearly related, having the same jaw, screw and pin in the familiar US style. The Channellock is stamped with the brand, but the raised Klein name is in the forging. The Klein also has a round hanging hole instead of the Spanish-style square hole. The Bahco (nee Sandvic, now part of Snap-on's Williams division) is quite different, having the traditional Swedish buttressed jaws that may be stronger but are a little bulky. Note that this "US" version has the familiar RH thread; LH is the norm in Sweden. All three have excellent quality, with little play in their slides and screws, good machining and parallelness. The Klein is only available with a vinyl grip and the Bahco, while beautiful, is stronger than I need a 4" wrench to be, so the Channellock gets my nod. Barely. ... show more
