I received this yesterday and went to build it right away. I purchased this based on the same exact model we have at work and am always happy with how smooth it rolls and is lightweight but is very solid. There's no flex like the cheap steel one I bought many years ago with rust building up. One quick suggestion to Magliner; the cotter pin pictures for the build diagram on step #6 for 81077 can be drawn to show an actual "cotter pin" drawing. Sure, one can look to the left and reference the number that it's a cotter pin but it looks like a washer, and I didn't realize until I did so. In either case, everything is boxed really well, the wheel is very beefy with quality bearings, and the installation was fairly simple. I've watched this item for a while and jumped on it when the price dropped a little. But it's well worth the price I paid. The tires are beefy and it feels like solid rubber even though it's pneumatic. It feels like a trailer tire with a really thick ply! Now I don't have to worry about rust and if need be, the handle can be taken off for transport but is light enough, I don't have to worry about a thing. As I do a lot of metal work and move stuff around all the time, it was time I invested in a good dolly and this is it! Never been so happy about having a new dolly...

Best hand truck/ dolly out there worked in the moving industry for years and this was the common tool to get every job done used these and four wheel carts a lot but this product has an extremely light weight frame with a strong casted nose plate buildt to last for years and the parts are easy to replace.

I've had this hand truck for close to a year now and I love it. I use it to transport stacks of split firewood around the yard and it does great. Pros: - Aluminum prevents rust so you can allow it to get wet - Large air filled tires support the weight of the load well and roll easily - The aluminum frame is very solid - It's lightweight and hangs easily in the garage when not being used. - It lays down well when loading the hand truck horizontally Cons: - It was kinda awkward putting together. I remember having to back track a few times to change the way I had assembled it on the step before but I eventually got there. - I've had to air up the tires about 3 times since I bought it so there is probably a small leak on each tire... or maybe I'm not realistic about how well these tires can hold 20 PSI for extended periods of time. - When I'm transporting split pieces of wood around, sometimes the wood at the bottom of the hand truck will rub against the tires which makes moving it around more difficult. (I think that's only due to the irregular nature of the pieces of wood though, if you had a something large and flat (like an appliance) the tires wouldn't rub I'm sure.) Overall I highly recommend it.

This hand truck is made with quality materials and it's extremely sturdy. The pneumatic wheels makes moving objects much easier because it takes the bumps and uneven ground a lot better than hard wheels. I looked at countless hand trucks on Amazon and picked this one and I'm glad that I did. This hand truck is built so well that it should last a lifetime. It did take me awhile to put it together but it was well worth the effort. Lastly, the hand truck is American made in Michigan. Yes, I would certainly purchase this product again and highly recommend it.

I ordered this Magliner with pneumatic wheels, then I easily added the stair slider accessories (sold separately). This box was mishandled in shipment, and the box arrived in shreds. Was the hand truck damaged? Not a bit. This thing is indestructible. It took me about an hour to assemble with rudimentary hand tools (wrench, sockets, mallet or small hammer, screwdrivers). Note the weight. Because this is a burly hand truck, it is not lightweight, even though it is mostly aluminum. It is very lightweight compared to steel trucks. I wish I would have bought one of these twenty years ago. My shoulders would be happier.

Buy this handtruck and save yourself some headache of going to big box stores every 6 months for a new Chinese junk handtruck .. get run flat tires to put on it as well . I do hvac work carrying 150-600 pounds on the regular and I had this handtruck for about 3-4 years now and it's still solid , only thing you will have to do is replace wheels every year or so

I love how lightweight this is. I have the pneumatic tires, and they work great for the gravel I have to go over. One wheel has a slight wobble though. Nothing worth worrying about. It’s a little pricey to me, and time will tell if it’s worth it for being this light in weight. It is very stable feeling. I have the stair climber add on, and they do a fair job. Not as good as an appliance dolly does. The nose plate is large, I just wish it was solid and deeper (longer). I usually regret not spending the extra to get what I want and do it right, so spending the extra money on this is probably well worth it based on how long it should last me. What’s a $100 or so extra for something I’ll probably use and have the rest of my life.
