It’s a good, comfortable level, so that I can feel it and get the benefits from it, but not be wincing in pain from the pressure. I love that it heats up, also. OF IMPORTANT NOTE: Regarding reviews stating that the product gets too hot and burns, the directions state very clearly how to turn off the heat feature altogether if you don’t want it on. The massager doesn’t just turn on and do it’s own thing. You can control everything about it using the switch. Just read the instructions that come with it. I used my daughter’s every evening I was on vacation, and it enabled me to sleep well, with no back pain, and get up and go again the next day. I ordered this product for use at the office because I have constant neck and shoulder tightness and tension from sitting at the computer for long periods of time. I just received the massager about 20 minutes ago and decided to try it out. First, the material is of better quality than I expected since it is not an expensive item. It fits perfectly around my neck while I sit in my chair. It was massaging while I typed. It felt like the rollers were actually kneading my tight muscles. There are 4 rollers on each side that move around in different directions, covering the entire area of my shoulders and neck area. So glad I bought this! Works really well. Definitely does more than I was expecting because of the cost. It was an "I'll try it and see" purchase, but I am truly pleased with the results. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So my thoughts on this it's pretty good. It comes with a cover a wall plug and a car adapter. I put a video of how it worked in the car because I felt it would be more beneficial since it performed exactly the same as if it were plugged into a wall socket. It's very strong and I loved it. I used it on my neck, shoulders, upper back, bum, and legs. I laid down on it most of the time when I wanted to apply pressure without having to hold on to it. It does have a strap on the back of it so that you can strap it to a chair or what ever you want to strap it to when you use it. But the strap is elastic so I don't know how well it can hold on to certain surfaces. It also has 3 settings. All one speed but a heat setting with rotation a heat setting with an opposite rotation and a setting without heat but only one direction rotation option if that makes sense. It does however switch directions every so often so it's not something to really worry about. It did get alot of the kinks out of my back though. The reason for the 4 stars is because even though this is a very good product I do wish that it had more options like different speed settings and rotation options not only for heat but without heat. Other than that I liked the fact that you could take it on the go with you but I do not recommend using it when you drive lol. ( For obvious reasons) so it's a great product but wish it could do just a little more. ... show more

This massager is a LIFE-SAVER. Sometimes when I overwork myself or sleep wrong, I get these really bad aches in my neck, lower back, and thigh muscles. Whenever that happens, the minute I use this device for an hour, the pain stops instantly. The beads feel incredible against my muscles. I can honestly say it is just as good as a real, intense massage. It does such a good job at relaxing your muscles and increasing circulation that after I'm done, I sleep incredibly. The next day, I wake up energized and loose as a bird. This machine keeps my muscles refreshed and body well circulated. I even use it to give myself head massages which feels AMAZING. I bought this when covid closed down my chiro, I used it lying down and when reclining - I've not tried it during a car trip but we've not traveled far yet but I will pack it when we do. It works well and the heat is an added bonus I didn't think I needed but winter was long and cold, it helped! And I noticed I get up from my desk less often since WFH; this neck massager has made all the difference. Come to think of it, I have tried it on my lower back while working but because I have a good chair style whole-back massager, I don't think of it often but it works well for a specific area. The two sides cycle one way then stop to cycle in opposite direction. Like the heat option, you don't realize the benefit of that extra feature until you use it. ... show more

It is a good product, so far, and I'm a heavier person, and it feels good to get a deep massage. I like that it shuts off after the 15 min, and that it massages in one direction and auto changes to the other direction. I've only had it for a week, and only used it a few times, so time will tell if it actually lasts, but so far so good. Update: 04/2020; 4 month later It just broke, i use typically 2 times a week, depending on my stress level for the day. And it stopped working all together. So it didn't last as long as I would have liked however, it did last 4 months. ... show more
