    • Cheaper than a massage
Update: So after about a week of using it I have a couple of complaints. The actual unit has part of the power cord and then it connects to the rest which plugs into an outlet. If I move the massager at all (ie: if I’m sitting with my back against a pillow and I go to move it farther up or down my back) it comes apart and the unit shuts off. I think I’ll just tape them together. The second is the heat. The first and second setting are for heat and the third isn’t supposed to have heat, but it definitely does. So that’s frustrating. ——- First review: Happened to pull a muscle in my back moving a sofa and this came in super handy. The heat setting is great, not too hot. I like that it rotates and changes direction several times throughout the 15 minute settings. I used it on my neck while laying down. But I sat and sandwiched it between my back and a pillow for the rest of my back. It does have a bit of a plasticky smell when you first use it. Probably the heat burning away some chemical. It comes with a “leather” cover which I took off while using. It’s a great color and as advertised. I used to have a similar one, but lost it in a move. I like that this has a cover bc my last one did not and cleaning the mesh from dust was a pain. I’ve never used it in a car because I’m afraid of what would happen if I got in an accident. I love this thing. I love that it's a kneading type massage instead of just vibration. It feels so good! The warming is also a nice sensation. Get you one!

    • Works away the knots...
So let me start by saying, as of today I've only used it everyday for 1 week. However, I noticed a big difference after using it. I carry all stress in my shoulders and neck. Literally, during my monthly massages, they're only working out the knots in my shoulders and neck. I was in the market for something small I could use in between. I was able to snag this up during Prime Day so only paid half the price (yay me lol). Anyway, to the real review, I suffer with tinnitus and it had been getting worse (as in it was happening all day/night non-stop). Unfortunately the stress and all the muscle tension that came because of that was causing it to get worse. Decided to give this a try on a Friday evening and woke up the next day with barely noticeable ringing in my ear - and it has only gotten less noticeable. I think with the combination of exercise, meditation, and this little contraption working away on my shoulder and neck pain, it tremendously reduced my tension, giving my body the space to relax. I've read some reviews that the machine doesn't have a long lifespan, it causes burns, and other things, I was cautious but for $20, it helped me feel so much better and happy. I put it on a gaming chair and just let it massage me for about 10-15min p/day. That's all you really need. I don't let it touch my skin, just as I would not let a heating pad touch my skin.     • Easy to Use and Has a No Heat Setting
I tried this massager at my daughter’s place while vacationing there, and HAD to order one for myself immediately upon returning home! It feels wonderful! The pressure is perfect. Some other massagers I’ve tried have had very aggressive, painful pressure, but this is perfect. It’s a good, comfortable level, so that I can feel it and get the benefits from it, but not be wincing in pain from the pressure. I love that it heats up, also. OF IMPORTANT NOTE: Regarding reviews stating that the product gets too hot and burns, the directions state very clearly how to turn off the heat feature altogether if you don’t want it on. The massager doesn’t just turn on and do it’s own thing. You can control everything about it using the switch. Just read the instructions that come with it. I used my daughter’s every evening I was on vacation, and it enabled me to sleep well, with no back pain, and get up and go again the next day. This massager is a LIFE-SAVER. Sometimes when I overwork myself or sleep wrong, I get these really bad aches in my neck, lower back, and thigh muscles. Whenever that happens, the minute I use this device for an hour, the pain stops instantly. The beads feel incredible against my muscles. I can honestly say it is just as good as a real, intense massage. It does such a good job at relaxing your muscles and increasing circulation that after I'm done, I sleep incredibly. The next day, I wake up energized and loose as a bird. This machine keeps my muscles refreshed and body well circulated. I even use it to give myself head massages which feels AMAZING.     • So great until it overheated
Even without the heat function activated, this device is electronically problematic. It sparks when we plug it in, and overheats. I believe it is dangerous to use.

    • Unbelievable relief
I ordered this product for use at the office because I have constant neck and shoulder tightness and tension from sitting at the computer for long periods of time. I just received the massager about 20 minutes ago and decided to try it out. First, the material is of better quality than I expected since it is not an expensive item. It fits perfectly around my neck while I sit in my chair. It was massaging while I typed. It felt like the rollers were actually kneading my tight muscles. There are 4 rollers on each side that move around in different directions, covering the entire area of my shoulders and neck area. So glad I bought this! Works really well. Definitely does more than I was expecting because of the cost. It was an "I'll try it and see" purchase, but I am truly pleased with the results. ... show more
