I used to have Logitech Wireless mouse and keyboard. But it became extremely annoying when the signal was not consistent. So, I thought I should go back to the USB mouse and keyboard for quick response devices. I like something with backlight LED and I came across this product on amazon. There are numerous out there, but this one has the best price as I could find within a short span of time, 30 minutes. The keyboard has 5 levels of LED brightness and two modes of lighting: stayed-on and breathing. For the level of brightness, press and hold the sun-like key at the lower right corner and press Page-Up or Page-Down to go through the 5 levels of brightness. To switch between two modes of lighting, press and hold the Function key and press the sun-like key to toggle between the two modes. To turn off/on the LED backlight, press the sun-like key. The build of the keyboard is fine. I'm not using it for playing games so I don't know how it would work in a gaming environment. But for typing job, it does great. It is pretty quiet and responsive. I have never typed a button twice a letter. My keyboard does have a problem with the Enter key, though. It's kind of stuck and if I hit it with the same torque I use to type other keys during typing, it will not go down. I have to hit it again with higher torque ;) ... but I can live with that. All other functions that you would need, such as volume adjustment, playing music, check email, home button, calculator, and so on are just the matter of pressing the Function key with the F(s) keys. The seller claims that you can take off the keycaps to clean the keyboards. I have not tried it because I don't want to break mine. The mouse has seven LED light colors. You cannot change between these. It changes itself. There are six buttons on the mouse: left-click, right-click, the scrolling wheel, a button-on-the -fly to change the DPI (dots per inch) between 1200/1600/2400/3200 values, and two buttons on the left side of the mouse (I use these two buttons mostly to go back or forward when I browsing the websites). The mouse is OPTICAL, not laser. It is probably because they really mean this mouse for playing games. The Mouse is not thick and is quite small. If you have a big hand, you may not like it. The worst thing about this product is the manual. It is the most terrible manual I have ever seen. It just tells you the specs numbers and what the Function key does when being use with F1, F2, F3 and so on. I would buy this product again and would recommend this product. ... show more

I bought this because it was the cheapest keyboard and mouse combo I could find with Prime delivery. I needed it for an emergency as my bluetooth keyboard and mouse couldn’t reconnect after I accidentally turned bluetooth off on my computer. I thought I’d just buy this, use it, and store it away for the next emergency, but I actually haven’t disconnected it from my computer ever since I plugged it in. Even though the number lock light never turned on since the day I unboxed it, and both keyboard and mouse are bright and garish as hell like the Vegas strip, I actually prefer using it over my much much more expensive bluetooth setup. There’s no battery to worry about, the leds can be turned off when I don’t need it, and it works well for being so cheap. Totally happy with this purchase. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’m super happy with my purchase! It’s such a cute little keyboard. I have the wireless one but I figured I’d get this one for when I get my PC and I’ll just use the wireless keyboard of my PlayStation when I need it. It doesn’t have the 7 color fade but you can keep the lights on or you can make them breathe and I like the breathing. The mouse fades between the different colors though so that’s enough for me. I like how it sounds when you type and it just feels so smooth. ... show more

Well priced for what it provides. I've had this keyboard for a few years. The keystrokes are relatively quiet. I've used it lightly so I can't corroborate other reviews regarding the fading of some keys. I have however a bigger problem as some keys no longer work (2, X and N among others). Those keys go down and come back up like all the other keys, the signals for those keypresses just don't make it to the computer. That makes it no longer usable for most tasks. ... show more
