It’s a good and sturdy box spring for a decent price. I put this together on my own, and found it very easy. It did take me over an hour, but that’s with pauses in between putting it together. It’s also quiet, no noise at all when moving around. I do want to mention that the first set I received was missing a few parts, but I was able to send the first one back and get a new (complete) set a few days later. So don’t be quick to toss the box and packaging before checking to see if all parts are there. (Photo is of underneath box spring with the mattress on top.)

We just purchased a new headboard and frame and after placing our 15" mattress on the frame, the mattress was way too low so we needed to find a box spring that would give us a little bit of lift without breaking the bank. We had previous ordered another version of this box spring two years ago for another bed and we have been so happy with it that we didn't hesitate to find another one. This box spring has worked out great. The assembly is easy but it does take a little time, which is to be expected since there are quite a few pieces involved. Once assembled it is very easy to place on the bed frame. We then placed our king sized mattress on top and it gave us the exact height we were looking for. Because it is made of heavy gauge metal, it does not bend which is impressive since the box spring on this bed frame has about 15" with no support at the end of the bed (there are no cross rails to support the last 15" of box spring). I was so nervous sitting on the bed for the first time but it does not move and it makes absolutely no noise. We have been sleeping on it for about 3 weeks and it continues to be comfortable and silent through tossing and turning and large pups jumping on and off the bed. Our only complaint on this box spring is the protective cover - it only covers the top and sides of the box spring and not the bottom so the bottom of the box spring is exposed underneath the bed. We were not ok with this since we do not want anything crawling up under our bed and setting up a web or having dust collect on the rails. To remedy this we put the cover on upside down - we covered the bottom and the sides and left the top exposed, and then put our mattress over the top. It worked out just fine but it would have been nice to get a cover that completely wraps the box spring. Again, this is a minor issue and the fix was simple so no stars off for this. Overall, this is a sturdy, comfortable, well made box spring and we're very happy with the purchase.

I bought this box spring to elevate a platform bed. Product was thoughtfully packaged in a way that it was not damaged yet was easy to unbox without a lot of excess packaging materials. It was not complicated to assemble. In terms of the box spring itself, it is solid. Material is of a good quality and the assembled product is sturdy and stable. Thus far, no issues with it being squeaky. I bought a full size one and it fit the bed and mattress perfectly.

Purchased the queen box spring assembly. 5-star rating for the overall product itself. It is about 59-1/2" wide which sits within a 60" bed frame nicely (your bed frame should typically have a 1/2" lip on each side rail for the box spring to lay upon). Construction seems sturdy, I see no obvious reason it should or would fail structurally, time will tell. 3-star rating for assembly. The premise is simple, however, count on crawling around all over the floor like a kid in order to assemble (not so easy for this old body of mine!) The screws are coated with some kind of blue-vinyl on the threads, making it difficult to thread the nuts on the ends of the screws by hand or even with the useless cheap wrenches supplied. Do yourself a favor right from the start - find a 10mm wrench, and a cordless drill with an allen wrench attachment. It will save you from much displeasure, just do not tighten down all the bolts until everything is assembled. The corner pieces are a complete hassle. I had no less than 3 screw holes that were not threaded properly from factory. I needed to improvise, rethread them. Needless to say, I had choice words for this company by then! Cover is nice material, though it should have a better fastening system than just 2 pieces of velcro. This will NEVER hold over time. Looks good though after assembly, so I split the difference in rating the product and gave it 4-stars.

Assembles quickly and is very sturdy. Remember, you cannot have center supports between the frame rails unless they sit below the level of this frame. So we had to use spacers to accommodate both. I'd rather have more center support than none. The frame is excellent quality and strength, but light enough to carry by myself.

This box spring exceeded our expectations, good quality for a great price! Was super easy to put together. It is very stable, and does not squeak. We immediately felt a difference in firmness on our first night sleep. We have a foam mattress & a bunkie board as well, for reference. Not sure how long the velcro cover will last, but it definitely makes the sides look nice for now. Fit perfectly in our metal bed frame. just fyi: Definitely recommend using a cordless drill with a bit, over the allen wrench they provide (much faster).
