I needed a box spring that was a little higher because I still have a real good mattress that's not one of those tall mattresses so I ordered the 10-in. It came securely boxed it had great directions for assembly easy to read easy to follow easy to see for us people with old eyes. The cover was real nice that goes over the steel frame. The only thing I would recommend on that is to have a full cover with a zipper to zip it it would be a little harder to get on the unit but then all four sides would be covered. But it is a great product working well sturdy good quality. All the details of the transaction went well. The only problem is the United States Postal Service who was the carrier would not deliver it to my address because they said it was too heavy. So if Amazon would ship it on UPS from now on it might work a little better. I had to go out to the USPS office in my pickup because I assumed it was oversized but it was said to be overweight. It was in a relatively small box I don't know what the weight was but I'm a 68 year old man and I carried it out to my truck alone.

Very sturdy and is exactly what I expected. Also very light weight but strong. Took about 30 mins to assemble but very easy. I would recommend a wratcht to tighten everything. They do provide a small wrench but a wratcht was much faster and synched tighter.

This is a good and sturdy metal frame. I appreciate that it is strong enough to hold my giant, heavy mattress. This thing is HUGE (it's a California king), however I did measure my mattress and look at the frame dimensions before purchasing, and it's just a little short for my mattress (not the height, but the actual length from the head of the bed to the foot). I don't know how that's possible seeing as they're both supposed to be the same size, but it's just about 2 inches shorter than it needs to be. I've compensated a little by sliding the mattress up at the head so both ends are roughly an inch overhang. Other than this, I love the cover that goes over it and the number of metal slats so I don't feel any give in the boxspring at all. It was pretty easy to put together, just take note of the size of your doors because I had to assemble mine in the room with all my furniture and the mattress because it was far too big to get in after assembly. No noise from the metal bending or squeaking. The mattress stays in place. Be careful when you get off the bed to not kick down on the base- metal hurts a lot worse than wood.

Make sure you measure your mattress. I didn't and my bed is high. But, I dont mind sleeping like a King. It is sturdy. No noise or creaking. My kids jump and flop all time. It is well aligned to put together.
