And after putting the mattress it really does NOT make any noise what so ever ! It can stand a good amount of weight and it’s a perfect fit to our mattress ! Easy assembly and feels plenty sturdy. We purchased this low (8” platform height) frame to make it easier for your senior dog to get in and out of bed. It is worth noting that our kit arrived with one incorrect part - one of the sections was clearly from a taller bed frame (see photo) and included a longer leg. No experience with a return or customer service as I was able to cut the leg to length and make it work.     • Screws won't tighten snuggly
Size: Twin Style: 8 Inch
The screws for both end bars of the frame will not tighten snuggly, and there's a lot of wiggle room still going on despite my best efforts. The dinky little tool they give you to hold the nuts is impossible to work with, I ended up using some pliers to hold the nuts in place and try to get the screws in as best I could, but again they just won't tighten all the way. Other than that the frame is easy to put together, and the instructions are relatively simple to follow. I doubt the thing will fall apart, but it is frustrating to have screws a bit loose, considering the bars that go in the middle don't have any way to adhere to the outlining frame, they just slot in. ... show more
