Great quality and well designed. I purchased this for spider rigging for crappie this Spring. Even though we are only allowed 3 rods per person, this makes a nice centrally located spot. I have a 2018 Tracker Deep V Combo that is my baby and for me to consider putting any holes for mounting in it, the item better be top quality. I was able to mount the plate in the floor of the bow of my boat where it would not be in the way of anything else. The telescoping shaft raises plenty high enough to clear the bow and be comfortable to access from the front seat while working the trolling motor. The materials are solid but still light weight and the holders are designed to provide any angle that may be necessary for the rod.

I love everything about these holders other then where the rod holder attaches to the adjustable swivel. The adjustable swivel is made of steel or stainless steel and then the actual rod holder is aluminum pressed into a slot. Once assembled the rod holder is very loose. Spent the afternoon and drilled the swivel adjusters and pressed 1/8" roll pins to stop the holders from flying off. Probably should have realized the cheaper price was due to the lack of quality. If the plates were not already installed on my boat I would throw these in the garbage and get the better ones.
