First of all it was a turn off have the pillow was packaged for delivery. It was all balled up. Once I opened the package and just felt the pillow, I could tell it was soft and not firm, so I returned it.

Super firm pillow?, what a joke. This pillow has no firmness at all, I'd compare it to a feather pillow. Definitely do not recommend pillow or company who shipped it.

This was a gift for my husband. The package came with the packing slip attached to the outside of the bag listing exactly what was in the bag and the price I paid for it. Very disappointing. Once opened - it took a long time for the pillow to shape into a pillow. Not as comfortable as expected.

I bought these pillow to put in pillow shams. They firm out the shams nicely. I bought this same brand for the pillow on my Daybed in standard size. Those pillows keep their shape and do not flatten with use. The previous purchase was the reason I bought the king size for my shams.

Super Firm is quite an overstatement. After one week, the pillows are starting to go flat. No neck and head support. You can't really prop yourself up. Is there really a "Super Firm" pillow out there? If so, it's still on the planet Krypton. Stay away from these pillows. They are a ripoff. The company that sells them does not stand by their product. The pillows are not Super Firm. You will be disappointed. You work hard for your money. Don't throw it away on these pillows. ... show more
