I had previously purchased two of these, but I’m now handicapped from a reaction to a drug that gave me permanent hand tremors, so assembly of this third unit was a little more difficult for ME, but the device is well designed and if you read the instructions BEFORE you start and remember to leave a tiny bit of slack (extra) in the cable in tight places so that it can turn or twist, it is easy to assemble. When the “Puck” of the charger is installed, its cupped side should be UP, to allow the bottom of the iWatch to nest inside of it to properly charge. The cable channels are just wide and deep enough to accommodate a standard Apple iWatch inductive charger cable. Route the cable per the instructions and pop the provided black plastic plug in to hold the cable in place. Using your fingers, smooth the outside of the cable flush with the stand where needed. Test it with your watch and enjoy!

This stand DOES NOT include the charging cable. The product description does say this, but I guess I missed it. Having said that, this is a very nice, very sturdy stand. You take the charger that came with your watch and put the disk in a hole in this stand, and route the cable through a groove in the stand to keep it hidden. It’s probably the most nicely-made stand of its type that I’ve seen, and will work great for us. But you need your own charging cable!

I like this because it's affordable and turns and otherwise perfectly good charger that an Apple Watch comes with in to a stand. It's easy enough to route the cable through it. It's sturdy enough and doesn't fall over.

I purchased my first Apple Watch as a Christmas gift for myself. I was visiting my daughter when I bought the watch. I had NO IDEA that I would not be able to just "plug it in" and charge my watch! I needed an adapter that the salesperson failed to tell me that I would need. My daughter had a charger similar to this one and after using hers, I went on Amazon to order one for myself.
