I’ve been a FIRSTNUM fan since I bought the M4 early this year, and the M5 has only made me love the brand more! Both hotspots are total game-changers for my frequent international trips—this M5 works seamlessly in 160+ countries, no SIM card hassle at all. Actually, it can connect up to 32 devices, so my family and I all stay online during vacations, and the 1GB monthly free data is a nice bonus. Which means this hotspot is sometimes my emergency data backup—it’s helped me tackle urgent issues (like last-minute work emails or navigating a new city when my phone plan failed) several times already. The 3000mAh battery lasts 6~8 hours, perfect for day trips, and the Type-C charge gets it back up fast. Even though it doesn’t have a screen like FIRSTNUM M4, the LED indicators are super clear Whether it’s the M4 or M5, FIRSTNUM delivers reliability and ease. Do NOT buy this product….well unless you’re rich! lol I bought this product and shipped it all the way to Jamaica for my sister’s Xmas gift only to find out later that, 1. You can only purchase data through this company’s website. You have to scan and download their app to do so. 2. They only offer daily data plans and the cheapest is $20 USD/2 gb data… 3. You get 1gb data free (daily) but that 1gig only last less than 20 mins lol…because that’s nothing. What a waste of money and time. Now am trying to get it shipped back to the US so I can return it to Amazon and it’s super difficult. So, If you are rich and don’t mind spending that much daily… the device is easy to setup, signal was good, range good, and it seemed to work fine. Picked up on the local wireless network also quite quickly and almost instantly. Overall, I do NOT recommend this product.

I have a couple of businesses where I needed WiFi, but didn’t want to pay to put something on each device. I found this Firstnum M5 and can use my IPad on it during open enrollment season, and can link it to my square device to run cards for my lemonade trailer. You do need to open the back of the device to find the name of the Wi-Fi, the password to the Wi-Fi and the logins to the online portal to change your username and password. Overall, it’s a very simple system, and it works perfectly for what I need! Would buy again if I ever need to. Also, I needed customer service for something and they went above and beyond!

Traveling more often means sometimes just accepting that you won't always be connected to the internet. However this is an issue when the internet is supposed to tell you how to get to your next destination. Have ran into this often recently when traveling without data and decided to give this a try. I like that I can get data as I need without being locked down in a contract. I can just activate the data and Im good to go. My phone connects easily and the speeds are more than sufficient for my needs. It is ultra compact and easy to carry out. Have had 2 devices connected with no issues, have not tried more.

The media could not be loaded. After searching for a solution I found this MiFi device. I was a little skeptical about this device, because it says 1GB Free Data Monthly included. I bought the device for a situation where I had no internet possibilities. I needed to have access to 3 Wi-Fi cameras. After setup everything work very well, you can configure settings in the device itself and also login a portal to see you overview of your data online. Very handy. The extra data packages are a bit expensive, but for me the free data is use enough. I have been testing the device for a few months now and everything works fine so far. Also had a small issue connection in the beginning and contacted their customer service by email, they were very fast in responding and took the effort to find a solution. For this price it's worth every penny.

This is a great little device!,strong signal,easy to set up,the plans are alittle pricey compared to others but,the unlimited plan is decent and works well. The time regulation on it is very nice to have,the battery doesnt last long,so i just leave it plugged in. All n all, i'd recommend this hotspot to all my peeps. 2 thumbs up
