I am getting old. The first PC I used was an Apple II that my Dad bought for the family. My previous desktop computer was the classic big tower. It was causing some trouble so I decided to look for something new. I ran into the mini-computers and my daughter assured me that they are a good buy. My major protests (in my head) were this thing is too small, too cheap, and it does not have a disk drive. I reminded myself that even Turbotax does not support disks anymore and I like inexpensive so I decided maybe small will be ok. With the caveat that I have only had this computer for a week it has been a delight. It is lightning fast. I have never had to wait for anything. I do some gaming and everything loads in essentially a split second. It took me five minutes to set up. The only time I had to wait for anything was the twenty minutes it took in the initial update. Once again I am old so I was worried about it finding my printer. It found it. So the wifi is great. The ideas thing says talk about the noise level. It makes no noise that I can detect. Some of the minicomputers I looked at talked about them getting warm. I have touched this computer and it has never felt anything other than room temperature. I read the instructions and they talked about taking the screw off the computer and installing an ssd drive. They claim it is easy to do, but graciously you do not need to do that. They also talk about attaching it to your monitor. I guess you could do that if you wanted to but this computer is so small I have no idea why you would need to. It is probably less than 5% of the size of my old tower. PROS: Great performance and awesome speed. Low cost (This thing cost $1500 less than that old Apple II without adjusting for inflation). Small size that frees up space. Simple to set up and my concerns about this proved to be unfounded. A great little computer. Cons: Because of its small size and low cost I bought the Assurion product warranty. Despite the fact that I rail against buying these things in essentially all cases. Now if I have trouble with this computer in the next 2 years I will be pleased with myself somehow but my hunch is this computer will outlast that warranty and remind me yet again don't buy these things. 5 stars for sure.

ETA: go to AMD website and download amd adrenaline and update newest CPU/GPU drivers directly from it. You’re welcome. My 10 year old Asus win10 gaming laptop (Nvidia 980m) was end of life. It was always meh, kind of a disappointment. I decided FU to name brand disappointment, and take a risk on this tiny cheapo noname box. AS a result all the disappointments are gone! The only thing it doesn't do is take batteries... Who cares, my laptop battery barely hold charge even though I almost never used the battery. This runs fast and smooth. I plugged in a gen4 4tb ssd and is so fast and it holds tons of games and more. It runs VR like a champ. I don't play newest AAA, but everything I do have like RDR2 and Witcher 3 which were unplayable on my so called gaming laptop slow run like normal now. It is much quieter and still quit when the fan is running. I was thinking I might get oculink for AI and gaming, but I can't justify it because the amd internal GPU games more than good enough! I had a hiccup with wifi not connecting a few times... But the problem seems to have gone away (fingers crossed). Oculink is just not necessary. I was thinking to future proof with oculink for AI, but I think for AI you should get one of those 128gb ram rigs or ai inference GPU which are just coming out, but not for casual home user yet. Anyway, this type of PC beats out any normal desktop and laptop, except in specific use case of highly portable laptop. It runs steam vr over to my Meta Quest just fine. My old rig did not support VR, and I have a bunch of VR games in my steam library, so this was a huge level up. If you have PC VR games, this little beast is more than enough to power them.

*Will revise if customer service responds with solution* It looks super cool and had great reviews. It will not run anything with video without flickering on and off or shutting down. They have advertized in their product listing that customer service/tech support is available 24/7. That has not been my experience. The only customer help is via email and response time is abysmal so far. There is no phone number that I can find anywhere. Will likely return, which is really unfortunate as this was intended to be a gift.

I would recommend this PC to anyone looking for a well engineered computer for a small environment or backup computer. This mini PC is quiet, quick and loaded with expansion capability. I am amazed that this PC has all this computer capability in such a compact piece of hardware. Bosgame well done.

The media could not be loaded. I’m surprised how powerful this thing is. It’s very lightweight. I thought it would overheat easily but nope I do 3D modeling and video editing with this and it doesn’t overheat or budge. You don’t hear the fans either it runs smooth with no noise and it’s cool. I’ve been using it for over a week so I haven’t yet tested it on video games maybe then I will do another update but for right now I love it. Performance is their ,speed is their the size is amazing. Functionality wise i have no problem it fits everywhere.

Great mini computer. Well built and excellent value. Very quiet. Plenty fast enough for most uses such as web browsing, watching videos, music, office applications, etc. Stays cool even under heavy use, fan becomes slightly audible if you are close to the computer.

I just can't believe how fast this thing is with an egpu (3080) with oculink. It is faster than my desktop with a 3090 in it and an AMD ryzen 7. I'm not sure why to be honest, but it shouldn't be even close. They just really did a good job with making sure the ram and everything else works well together. I am really shocked. I also tested it with onboard GPU, and it was awful. Wouldn't really run much of anything.

The set up did take a bit longer than u would of hoped, but I can also blame my internet for that. Supports 2 screens for work with ease. Fast and reliable. Quick boot up is nice. I love the minimalist feel that It adds to my desk along with the extra space it provides!!
