Love this bike. Very well made. There was a problem with one of the tabs on the battery during shipping but customer service immediately sent a new one and told me to keep the other which is still usable. There customer service responds really quickly. Usually as soon as the next day if you send an email to their customer service support line. The seat is a bit narrow for a 62 year old but I swapped it out for a wider seat for a few extra bucks. Very comfortable now. The assembly was quite easy but I'm a handy man. I would suggest a you tube search on how to adjust the braking because it's a bit spongy but it can easily be adjusted. ... show more

My husband and I are RVers. Regular bikes were getting too difficult. Did a lot of research before we bought. We have had these bikes for about a week. So far we absolutely love these bikes! Love that it can be a regular 21 speed bike, bike assist, walk assist, or full throttle. We are still getting exercise, but very helpful when you have breathing and health issues. We are able to explore so much more. So far we have been on really rough terrain, hills, sharp curves, and regular roads. This ebike has not disappointed us yet!! The only negative thing was the seat not made for normal size older people. We have remedied that. We ordered bigger wider seats. We ordered bright colors. So far very happy with our purchases. I am a beginner rider. The transition between gears is great and very happy with the battery life. Only thing I could complain about is the seat comfort but for the distance I ride, I can live with it.

Brand new got at Christmas . Some thing wrong with the throttle cause the t won’t stay on after a few minutes of running. We giggle it to make it restart . No recommendation from me

Arrived quickly and in good shape. A couple minor issues, there was a little play in the neck which required a small shim and the front wheel needed the spokes adjusted, nothing major. I dialed in the P settings and I've been on a few rides and I'm satisfied. Good value for an under $600 ebike.

Bike is okay the light did not work the horn did not work the brakes scrub and it's kind of bulky if you have any problems with this they will not help you and they do not take return so beware before you buy other than that it goes 28 mph the battery lasts about 15 mi to 20 miles really all I could say about this bike ... show more
