The media could not be loaded. I’m very happy with the quality and the range and speed of this bike. It was fairly easy to assemble and took me about 30 minutes until we were riding. I had a small issue with assembly, and I didn’t realize that the throttle wire had come unplugged, so I emailed for support. Jesse responded quickly with multiple emails and offered great troubleshooting, and once I replugged the wire it all worked great. I was SUPER impressed with their kindness and willingness to help me…I didn’t expect this but was so happy to know this is a reputable company who stands behind their products. If you’re nervous about spending less to buy an e-bike online like I was, don’t worry about this one! Thank you Jesse! Now we go up hills faster than we go downhill…seriously…we rode 25 miles a few days ago and when you kick it up to “5” you can go uphill at 24mph and your feet can barely keep up LOL! We are getting older (60) and had almost given up on riding our old bicycles, but now we are having so much fun enjoying exercise, fresh air, and nature together. The bike is really nice i actually like this more then my old electric bike, it looks unique its great for my height and i dont have to worry about back strain, durability is pretty decent, comfort is good but the seat is kinda hard, power is pretty long lasting, other then that I would give a 5 star but the bike doesn’t have manual instruction for the fenders or racking system on the back but i highly recommend this bike as its nice looking, great with comfort and fast 28 mph. ... show more

Decent bike. Plenty of power. Best for street and dirt trail cruising. Wouldn’t try to stunt on this thing, it’s a bit too rear heavy for that. I will put the miles on it though.
