Very nice ebike. Surprised by the size and weight. Might not fit everyone but seems like it is built to last. Assembling is easyer following video step by step online. Comes with toolkit. Didn't need anything else. It also comes with instructions manual. The one I chose came with the saddle bag. It arrived several days later ( 4 days I think). I contacted the seller that was very responsive and accurate. It made the experience very confortable. Just be informed that the Grey version of this bike is more like lilac. It does not show on the pictures. If you are expecting a silver, you might have a disappointment opening the box. I first thought it was a mistake but finally got used to it. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and this bike, even being so big, is very easy to operate, very confortable and powerful, and I personally didn't change the settings to unlock 100 % power range. For the price, the service and the quality, I would highly recommend this bike.

From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell it was very well built — sturdy frame, quality components, and attention to detail that you usually only find in much more expensive models. I ordered the Aipas Pro M2 combo set and received only one of the 2 bikes so far. I had to contact the seller as to why I only received one bike, and to my surprise they responded quickly that my 2nd bike was on back order. They did offer me a replacement in a different color that was in stock and could ship immediately, I accepted but it’s been a week and still no 2nd bike. As far as the Aipas M2 Pro Ebike, so far I am very pleased. The packaging was very secure and well wrapped with foam sheets and lots of styrofoam blocks for securing in transit. Assembly was very easy if you have just a little mechanical ingenuity. Just looked at the assembly bike and very straightforward. Just secure the front tire and handlebars and both fenders and you’re on your way. I am typical male very briefly read instructions so I turned it on jumped on and went for a ride without full knowledge of operation and wow was I impressed. Very well-made and stout bike, that handled my large behind and rode quickly to 21 mph. I am a lifelong member of the Chubb club at 5’11” 255 pounds and was very comfortable and was without jumping to class three was able to immediately hit 21 mph in PAS 5 gear. I rode it on a quick 3 mile test ride at 8pm after assembly and the headlight was clear for at least 20ft in front and the tail light was very bright also, I don’t want to forget that it even has left & right turn lights. I plan to replace my atvs with these bikes to hunt off of, but I have not yet had the opportunity to take it to the woods yet. I did order the rear basket accessories and a bike trailer to pull behind it. Very well made solid bike.

The shipping on this was the first surprise, I received the bike much quicker than expected. Put the bike together and was excited I could try it immediately with it having over half battery life. I put 14 miles on it in the first 2 days! I LOVE the bike and my daughter does too!

Shipped fast, but delivered to my neighbors house. The box had a picture of monitor or TV and was beaten up pretty good. Assumed this was a return and was very skeptical about what I might find in the box and if everything was included. The 3 plastic straps on the outside were very loose and worn. However, after watching a video of the assembly, it appeared that is the same box in the video... so I guess this is normal. Opening the box, everything appeared to be very well contained and in good shape. The wire ties were all securly holding the bike and parts together and there looked to be plenty of packing material. Proceeded to assemble the bike and everything went very well. Nothing missing and the bike looked very nice. I did have one issue with one of the holes that you screw the front fender bracket to was in bad shape. The threads in the hole looked to be damaged and I actually cut my finger trying to clean it up. Since the threads were damaged, the screw would not hold the fendor bracket. Luckily, I have lots of extra bolts and screws and I found one that looked almost identical but had larger threads... and it worked! UPDATE 02/07/2026: Now that the bike has been assembled and I have had some time to evaluate the bike, thought I would update this post. Bike runs great. Looks great. Everything is working correctly. One thing thing I would say is this bike is heavy. As a car guy, I would compare this bike to a Cadillac. Heavy but smooth and comfortable. I upgraded from an eBike that was lighter and didn't have all the accessories (lights, fenders, horn, comfortable seat). I would compare that bike to a Razor/side by side (light, nimble but not all the features of a Cadillac). Basically, both bikes are great but for different purposes. This bike is perfect if you do most of you riding on the streets, sidewalks and paths. But can feel heavy if you try to do some serious offroad mountain biking. I give it a 5 star rating based on it's intended purpose!

This box came in an undamaged, heavy duty cardboard box and was packed to perfection with strong zip ties and plenty of padding. Other than the weight, the bike was unpacked with relative ease. Assembly was a snap using my quality shop tools, not the tools that came with the bike which looked a bit cheap but certainly useable in a pinch. The battery took about 4 hours to reach a full charge. The bike seems to be an excellent value. Time will tell and I will update this review should things prove otherwise.
