I wrote a pretty good review but amazon deemed it against guidelines wether it was amazon or this company.. jacket is good but I ordered it in my size but they sent a larger size an now they don’t do exchanges or refunds so the jacket doesn’t work as a warmer it’s too big the sleeves are to long an the battery hits my back while I walk cause of the excess material. Lasted about a year. Now turns on then turns right off. Buttons do not work as they where meant to. For what I payed and how long it lasted, OVER PRICED. And not great quality Not going to buy again. I will say when it was functional it heated up great and stayed warn. Was like sitting in a heated seat. How ever the battery sticking in my back anytime I sat down did make it uncomfortable to wear while driving or anytime I sat. I think they could have done better all and all. ... show more

I have had mine for 2 years now and i still love it. It’s a great looking coat and very warm even without the heat on. I do construction and use it daily so it gets filthy but always cleans up easily and looks great again. When you first put it on it’s weird feeling because the weight of it and the battery pack but you get use to it quick. Highly recommend ... show more
