These are amazingly powerful tools. I have owned the 18 volt Milwaukee drill and impact driver for a number of years and have been very happy with it. I wanted something a little bit more portable for industrial type work that I could keep with all my other tools for field service type work, and the M12 filled the need perfectly. Note, it's not the M12 Fuel, but in my estimation, for my needs, it's the most bang for the buck. If you want to splurge on the M12 Fuel, go for it, especially if you are a contractor and need to use it everyday. But with the additional M12 batteries that are available for these, you will not be disappointed with either the M12 regular or the M12 Fuel. ... show more

Excellent tools for what they are; 12 VOLT BATTERY TOOLS! I own the orange and yellow brands (in higher volts) which cannot be fairly compared. Milwaukee has their stuff together on the battery tool line! I JUST WISH THEY HAD LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE BATTERYS!

    • Sturdy, compact and decent power.
Items arrived in perfect condition. I already owned the M18 impact/drill combo but wanted something lighter and more compact to fit in my usual tool bag on jobsites. I work as an industrial plumber and mainly do commercial work. So, I work in a lot of multi-story buildings with no access to an elevator. This set is perfect for jumping from project to project without the bulky heavier duty drivers when all I mainly need is something to start no-hub bands or screw pipe supports to studs. Can't speak on longevity yet but with the Milwaukee name, I expect them to hold up well. ... show more
