This bike was delivered expertly packaged. It was throrughly packeged, wrapped, and protected from even a scratch or damage. Assembly? was actually fun. Allen erenches and a multi tool, but I do suggest a screwdriver instead of the allen wrench/screwdriver. It even included a tire pump! First time out. WOW, the bike is heavy and strong. , it took less than 2 hours to charge up. The manual concerning the computer and instructions is a little tricky. riding it was cool, this is a fast bike! The max speed is 20mph, and thats plenty fast for a bike. 2 hours riding it and the battery is still fullycharged. I'm 6'4", and I fit on this bike just perfectly. ONE DOWN SIDE ....I suggest a new seat, I'm only 165# and not alot of padding...This is my first electric bike. Delivery was a week early too! Price with shipping was WELL UNDER the $1000+ or so electric bikes cost. It is NOT a cheap bike. GREAT price, heavy and strong and solid, I highly recommend this to anyone looking to buy. NOTE TO BUYERS: iF YOU BUY THIS BIKE, buy another seat....any length of time on this, or any other bike actually, you're going to want a wider more comfy seat. ... show more

This bike operates and rides wonderfully! I currently show 118 miles on the odometer and it still has no real issues and rides as it should. I weigh roughly 230 lbs and it will take me right around 20 miles with very little help on pedal assist. I run a lot of errands with it and average roughly 10 miles a trip with no issues of battery dying. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a decent bike that will actually go a distance without much effort. If I had to nitpick the brakes can be a little noisy and rub against the disc. In my experience it comes and goes but the brakes still operate just fine at over 100 miles. ... show more

This is a very well made E Bike. 400 miles of hard use and still going strong. While I don't recommend riding an ebike in the rain, this bike has seen rain with no problems (I wrapped a sandwich bag around the control panel with an elastic for added insurance). Good power and range, smooth pedal assist, strong torque for quick acceleration, and it is a great bike for the price. Hard to find a non electric bike of this quality, for this price. Got it for my brother in law to get to work. He lives 3 miles up a super steep hill and can get up it no problem. He says he loves it. Good option for price range. If I didn't know better and someone said it's a $1500 bike I'd believe it.

I bought this to ride in the hills of West Virginia. It worked better than I expected. Only use in the assist mode. I love it. Only wish it had a solar charger for it. It really held up good.
