This bike was delivered expertly packaged. It was throrughly packeged, wrapped, and protected from even a scratch or damage. Assembly? was actually fun. Allen erenches and a multi tool, but I do suggest a screwdriver instead of the allen wrench/screwdriver. It even included a tire pump! First time out. WOW, the bike is heavy and strong. , it took less than 2 hours to charge up. The manual concerning the computer and instructions is a little tricky. riding it was cool, this is a fast bike! The max speed is 20mph, and thats plenty fast for a bike. 2 hours riding it and the battery is still fullycharged. I'm 6'4", and I fit on this bike just perfectly. ONE DOWN SIDE ....I suggest a new seat, I'm only 165# and not alot of padding...This is my first electric bike. Delivery was a week early too! Price with shipping was WELL UNDER the $1000+ or so electric bikes cost. It is NOT a cheap bike. GREAT price, heavy and strong and solid, I highly recommend this to anyone looking to buy. NOTE TO BUYERS: iF YOU BUY THIS BIKE, buy another seat....any length of time on this, or any other bike actually, you're going to want a wider more comfy seat. ... show more

When you ride it and twist the throttle, you can tell that the motor is powerful. 20 mph is pretty fast. The battery life is great and charging is easy. Even its bike stand is wonderful. This bike, so far, has made my college commute simple and easy. It is easy to motor around campus, and this thing can power up hills. It is much quieter than I thought it would be, and comes with a headlight. These features are all good. However, the chain on the bike, when I initially received it, was stuck between the gear and the frame, and it was next to impossible to remedy this with the tools provided. I was lucky to have a hammer nearby, and with the crappy allen wrenches that were supplied, I was able to, over the course of three hours, chip the chain out of its spot, which was unfortunately secured by a very heavy-duty nut. If this was to happen whilst you were only peddling, this could cause serious injuries. This seems to be something either caused by backing up the bike (turning the rear wheel backwards), or simply letting the bike sit there. I don't know, I'm not an expert. It feels as if I only payed for the E part of E-Bike. ... show more
