I’m giving 5 stars on the this bike, only! Here’s why: It arrived 3 days early! (Shocking) Unpacked and placed a complete dead battery on charge while I assembled the bike. (Normal) Took my M2 bike battery and test run the bike (super shocked) it ran without any issues! My M2, which is brand new, delivered 6 June, has yet to run! Week after week of B.S. from some young guy thousands of miles away, still waiting on parts! So, one P.O.S. a one Aipas that works! It’s a 50/50 chance for a good bike! But be warned! Service and support SUCKS! And you better be able to troubleshoot the electrical issues and fix them yourself! No service in the entire Northern Hemisphere! ... show more

Big, Sturdy, Heavy duty and heavy! This thing is a beast. The tires alone tell that to everyone as you pass them. The suspension is no joke, it kicks ars. It is fast as well. Just keep in mind that you have to go into settings to adjust the max speed. Out of the box, its set for max 20mph.

I was a bit skeptical about this bike given its many features and yet quite reasonable price. It took a while to unpack it, mainly because of the many pieces of foam and cardboard protecting the bike and its parts, but my takeaway on that was positive - they were all in perfect condition. Next came assembly, which can be a real hassle with cheap imports. While it took some time, I was blown away by the quality of every part - even the screws were modeled after lock-nuts, not just cheap fasteners. Putting it together gave me great hope that it won't be falling apart. Then came the ride, which was mind-blowing. We vacation in the Colorado mountains and there is a road up to a mid-ski-mountain restaurant that is at best about 25 minutes up on my wife's $5k e-bike. There is so much power in this bike that it took me about 15 minutes to get up and I had to occasionally brake for uphill corners. The ride was smooth, even on dirt-road washboard. I can't really be more pleased so far, and, contrary to what is often the case, I doubt this will be too good to be true. ... show more

I highly recommend scanning the QR code and watching the videos while setting up the bike, which isn't that difficult. Keep the manual with you at all times for reference. The bike is very sturdy and quality is top notch. After riding a few times I really like the pedal assist throttle on the right grip (levels 1-3 really were perfect for my ride). Gears are easy to change. The LCD display is nice and bright and the control pad is easy to understand and use. The battery is easy to charge, and charge lasts a good while. I haven't used the walk mode or cruise control yet - but will in the future l'm sure. The only cons so far - the bike is heavy (80 pounds?), so it's a little difficult to lift over curbs.
