I highly recommend scanning the QR code and watching the videos while setting up the bike, which isn't that difficult. Keep the manual with you at all times for reference. The bike is very sturdy and quality is top notch. After riding a few times I really like the pedal assist throttle on the right grip (levels 1-3 really were perfect for my ride). Gears are easy to change. The LCD display is nice and bright and the control pad is easy to understand and use. The battery is easy to charge, and charge lasts a good while. I haven't used the walk mode or cruise control yet - but will in the future l'm sure. The only cons so far - the bike is heavy (80 pounds?), so it's a little difficult to lift over curbs. Overall, I am very happy!

Just got mine and first impressions is this bike is amazing. Even without the electric part it's super easy to pedal with the gears it has and the front suspension makes the ride super comfortable. I'm a bigger guy at 6ft and 270lbs and this bike handles it no issue at all. Super fast, easy to steer, etc. Time will tell how electric holds out but for now this is a crazy good deal for how solid this bike is.

Pros: POWERFUL Big tires LOW cost Quality components Cons: The worst instruction manual that I have ever encountered. HEAVY (I was aware it would be heavy but it is close to being unmanageable) Throttle assist is poorly designed; too small of a grip area and difficult to use while steering. Thumb lever activated would be much preferred. Headlamp and front fender attachment very poorly designed and very difficult to assemble. Rack took two strong men to pry into position so the bolts would alingn with the holes. Packing was wasteful and difficult to remove. In spite of the cons, I would buy this bike again due to the low sale price. I look forward to riding it on the beach which was the reason for my purchase.

I absolutely love my bike. It really big. I am 5.3 and I barely straddle it. I heavy so I wanted a big bike for that reason. My husband had it together in less than 45 minutes. Baskets came later. I watched videos to operate. It moves right along. I love that I get to peddle as much as I want and use the power when I need it. Seat is good and cushioned. Handle bars are awesome. I feel like I sit up and not hunch over putting pressure on my wrists. This is the perfect bike for beginners or intermediate. I haven't ridden a bike in 25 yrs. I am 58 now and wanted to take to beach, bike paths and some roads. It just goes smoothly.
