I highly recommend scanning the QR code and watching the videos while setting up the bike, which isn't that difficult. Keep the manual with you at all times for reference. The bike is very sturdy and quality is top notch. After riding a few times I really like the pedal assist throttle on the right grip (levels 1-3 really were perfect for my ride). Gears are easy to change. The LCD display is nice and bright and the control pad is easy to understand and use. The battery is easy to charge, and charge lasts a good while. I haven't used the walk mode or cruise control yet - but will in the future l'm sure. The only cons so far - the bike is heavy (80 pounds?), so it's a little difficult to lift over curbs. Overall, I am very happy!

Pros: POWERFUL Big tires LOW cost Quality components Cons: The worst instruction manual that I have ever encountered. HEAVY (I was aware it would be heavy but it is close to being unmanageable) Throttle assist is poorly designed; too small of a grip area and difficult to use while steering. Thumb lever activated would be much preferred. Headlamp and front fender attachment very poorly designed and very difficult to assemble. Rack took two strong men to pry into position so the bolts would alingn with the holes. Packing was wasteful and difficult to remove. In spite of the cons, I would buy this bike again due to the low sale price. I look forward to riding it on the beach which was the reason for my purchase.

Aipas makes a very good product, everything arrived safely, packed very well. 40 minutes for 2 people to finish building the bike. Good communication, my bike came without a front basket, but they advised me that the shipment was delayed, gave .e an expected time til restock, and I recieved it today. It's a very study product, and a great company to work with !

We ordered 2 bikes. This review is based on one bike only. The other has not been opened. Pros: * Fast shipping * Inner contents were well protected * Bike is a nice color and seemingly made of good quality material Cons: * The outer package condition was poor (one box arrived fully open and damaged) * Multiple components of the bike were defective, preventing it from being fully assembled * Customer service was hard to reach by phone, but once we got a person, they referred us to the service center email * Email response times were 10 hours on average (we sent multiple messages before they responded to one), and feedback was minimal and vague * As a remedy, the company originally offered to send a replacement part that addressed only one of the issues. * 7 emails, 6 videos, and 9 pictures later, the company offered to send a replacement, but only after they receive and process the defective bike (…process?); and no ETA was provided on when the replacement will arrive. In short, we declined the original offer because it did not address all the issues with the bike. Instead, we asked for a “brand new replacement”, or to return both bikes for a full refund. The company chose to send a replacement, which we are fine with, but we want a new bike (not refurbished)… because that’s what we paid for. There is more to the story, and we will update this review in more detail with pics once the issue has been resolved. But we wanted to share our experience so far with other interested buyers to give them an idea of what to expect should they encounter any issues with the product. These bikes aren’t cheap, and right now we are out of both money and usable products. I really hope the company will make this right.
