Was excited to receive the bike but was let down on the quality and the lack of communication from the company. If you look at the picture of what you assume you are getting. You may be wrong! The website shows the latest model, but what you receive is what ever old stock they have on the shelf. The bike that came to me was the old style with none of the shown updates that are on Amazon or Aipas website. As for the bike its self its ok, but if any of the bolts are NOT tight double check them. I had a few that were stripped out and I had to re-tap the holes. Also the bike that I ordered was to come with the front rack. At the time of shipment Aipas never communicated with me that the rack was on back order. I had to contact them to find out why this item was missing from my order. After I contacted the company they replied back with sorry this item is on back order should be shipped to you between 7-15 to mid Aug? For now I would only give this 2 stars. If the company was to fix these issues I would come back and give them a better review, until then a 2 star is the best I can give them. ... show more
