Just got today, upgraded from a smaller/less expensive "intro" e-bike. About a 1 hour assembly including watching the video several times, but that was better than any print instructions by far. Hardest thing was getting the back rest for the passenger seat on, it was a bit "fiddly" otherwise, fit perfectly. The included tool kit is above average/expectations. For the price, would compare to others that cost twice as much. Seat is comfortable and our 5 1/2 y/o grandson is ready for weather to get better so we can pick him up from school on this! This is a very powerful bike and doesn't hardly slow down on the big hill to our house and up the steep driveway. Seat is very comfortable. However, if you have short legs (less than 30" inseam), gonna be hard to touch the ground when at a stop. Also, wish the pedal assist was a bit more smooth and could use a slightly "lower" gear for slower speeds. We are in our early 60's and this is for my wife who is 5'6" and the handle bars are so very adjustable which is very much a plus. Only "complaint" which is minor is it is hard to get the battery on/off and haven't quite figured that out yet. My wife feels very comfortable and safe on it so far and our grandson loves the "ride". ... show more

Love the bike putting on the back seat was beyound a pain didn't send the right tools took us two hours to get the seat off to add the back rest they should make this easier everything was hard to get to

Happy with it so far pulls the hills very well. We’ll do an update in a month because we have bought three other bikes and they all broke within a month different brands and a lot cheaper show time will tell.
