This scooter met and exceeded our expectations. I’m actually planning on ordering a second one next spring. Will be using them to commute to work in order to save money on gas and maintenance on our vehicles since we both live close to work. There was a slight blemish on the metal handlebars where the paint had been scratched down to bare metal. But very easy to touch up with paint to protect the metal. Haven’t figured out how to add the key to my phone but I was still able to get the Bluetooth to work so I’m good with that. Planning on getting the seat end possibly adding a bike trailer attachment to the back so we can pull our dogs bike trailer behind one of the scooters. Junk junk junk. Battery sucks maybe 15 miles. Steering dampener arrived defective. Emailed support 3x no response. App sucks ass thinks I’m in china. Display freezes at 30mph. Did I mention customer support is non existent. For this money buy a better scooter. Thing rides like a tank shakes itself apart. Reviewing cuz just got home and now it doesn’t charge.
