We had to upgrade my son to a big boy bed which meant hand me downs. He got my daughter's old bed and we purchased this one for her. She is 6 and I knew we weren't going to be buying her anymore bed frames for quite some time. It was super easy to assemble. My husband did it in less than an hour and the quality is pretty great considering it's price. We got the full size and it is great for my daughter to grow into.

Ok. So. We didn’t give up even though we wanted to many times. We were cursing while putting this thing together many times. The angles that you have to hand screw things in to are really hard on your hand and your psyche. We have power tools too, all kinds, but the angles of this made it so you couldn’t use things that would have made it so much easier to put together. So it was very frustrating. If you don’t mind taking 4 hours to put this together (and that was with 2 people) then go for it. It was mentally and physically exhausting though. But pretty once it was put together and the quality was pretty good too. There were splits in the wood on the headboard but it wasn’t super noticeable so we just kept it.

Do not buy this bed!! It takes forever to put together. Cheap wood…..definitely won’t last with much use. Wud be an ok guest room bed if you feel like spending over 2 hours assembling it!!! Oh and how could I forget the $99 shipping cost.

I want to start by saying there were a lot of choices for this price point. The main reason I purchased this one, the weight capacity was listed at 600lbs. I felt like one that would withstand 600lbs would be sturdier that one that only supports 250lb. *insert shoulder shrug* Anyway, this bed was delivered by FedEx, in the pouring rain. I never got the notification so it sat in the direct rain for over 5 hours. I was fully prepared to be disappointed when I was able to get to the box. To my surprise 90% of this bed is real wood and was easily able to be wiped down and assembled without issue. There were a few pieces of mdf, but because of the way the bed was packaged they weren’t wet at all. Overall, this bed is perfect, sturdy and an all around great purchase.
