  • I honestly can't come up with a negative thing to say. That's rare :)
Color: black
These are my first LED headlights and can't compare with other LEDs. I didn't expect top quality for the price and lack of brand, but after 3 weeks I'm extremely pleased so far. +PROS +These are brighter than the stock Wagner lamps and the aftermarket Hella lamps I ran with for almost 20 years, but not overly bright. I'm not out in the countryside and don't require a daylight-maker like some. +Easy to install. I was done in 20 minutes, and that's with fumbling with tools in the dark. Truly plug & play on a '98 Jeep Wrangler TJ without any modding necessary. You just need a T15 Torx driver with a long, thin shaft. +I have not had any glitchiness or shorting-out like some people report with low-price LEDs. Solid and steady so far. +After about 3 weeks and a full range of weather conditions (hot, cold, rainy, dry) there has been no sign of condensation behind either lens, a frequent problem with some other LEDs both cheap and expensive. +I did not need to adjust the aim. I have not had oncoming drivers flash me due to being aimed too high or too bright. +Adapter cables not needed, though they seem to be of decent quality. I do have plans for those: my stock H4 sockets corroded and failed a few years ago and the cheap replacements I installed are terrible and showing signs of a quick death soon. My plan is to cut the H13 ends off the provided adapters and solder them in as the new permanent H4 sockets, so nice bonus for me. They'll sit in a drawer until the time comes. +Dark lens looks great on my black Jeep. I shall paint the rusting trim bezels to match. +After Lightning Deal and coupon savings I got these for only $63. I see these available as Lightning Deals frequently, so wait and watch if you need to save a buck. Good value. -CONS None so far! I'm a hard-to-please shopper. Most stuff is unimpressive. But I'm impressed. Will update if that changes. ... show more

  • Like them so much I bought the same model almost 9 years later
Color: black
I first purchased these in October 2017. 0 problems. They were durable, bright(!) clear, never flickered or got moisture in the lens, but eventually the plastic got a little cloudy. After almost 9 years, I can’t complain.Prime Day 2026 to the rescue! Old headlight on the right, new on the left. Fairly easy to install, but I had to wiggle them a little bit to get them stay on while screwing in the retention ring. My 2013 JKU likes them. ... show more

  • Illuminate Your Adventures!
Color: black
I recently upgraded my Jeep Wrangler with the LX-LIGHT 7'' Round Black LED Headlights, and I couldn't be happier with the results. These headlights are a game-changer for anyone who loves hitting the trails after dark. First off, the installation was a breeze. The headlights fit perfectly into my Jeep Wrangler JK without any modifications required. Within minutes, I had them installed and ready to light up the night. But the real magic happened when I turned them on for the first time. The difference in brightness and clarity compared to the stock headlights is night and day (pun intended). These LEDs produce a crisp, white light that cuts through the darkness like a beacon, illuminating the road ahead with impressive clarity. Not only do these headlights improve visibility, but they also enhance the overall aesthetic of my Jeep. The sleek, black design adds a touch of modern flair while still maintaining that rugged, off-road look that Jeep owners love. One of the things I appreciate most about these headlights is their versatility. With both high and low beam options, I can easily adjust the lighting to suit any driving conditions, whether I'm cruising down the highway or navigating rough terrain. And let's not forget about durability. These headlights are built to last, with a tough, waterproof housing that can withstand whatever Mother Nature throws their way. Whether I'm plowing through mud puddles or caught in a sudden downpour, I have full confidence that these headlights will keep shining bright. Overall, the LX-LIGHT 7'' Round Black LED Headlights are a must-have upgrade for any Jeep Wrangler owner. With their easy installation, superior performance, and rugged durability, they'll illuminate your adventures for years to come. Don't hesitate - upgrade your headlights today and see the difference for yourself! ... show more

  • Works but doesn't fit Jeep CJ mounting hardware.
Color: black
Installation on an 81 Jeep CJ requires heavy modifications to the original mounting hardware. These are not a direct fit. Otherwise the brightness is great enough to give innocent bystanders a sun burn.

  • Looking to replace your awful stock lights? BUY THESE AND THANK ME LATER.
Color: black
Everything thing about theses headlights is 5 star worthy expect for the minor altering you have to do to make the passenger side fit. I read the reviews that said some filing would be required, but I half expected the issue to be fixed by now. Nope, still had to do what others said and grind/file down the little "tabs" on the back of the passenger side housing. Take your time and go little by little and definitely do not get impatient like me and start filing on the jeep headlight housing ring... All in all, I got it installed, the driver side was a breeze and if the passenger side were that easy these would be the best product on amazon. I say that because the lights themselves are awesome. They are super bright and have a great throw, nice and wide and long. Probably the best headlights ive ever had in any car ive owned (even better than the stock ones on my 2017 mustang GT). Plus the black interior of the lights themselves give the lights a killer look on the jeep, but that blacked out look may not be for everyone. They have a nice weight to them and seem to be well made. The install of the wiring couldn't be easier, literally just unplug the old ones and plug in the new ones. I followed the tip of another reviewer and put a bead of silicone around the rim of the housing just to make sure no moisture gets in. At the end of the day, for $90 (or $63 in my case thanks to lightning deals) I couldn't be happier. Yes they take a little work to get installed on the passenger but other than that they are awesome. If you want to be a sucker and spend 600 plus on some "name brand" ones then be my guest, im sure you wont have to file it down, but me and my 510 dollars will glad take out the file and get our hands dirty. For 90 bucks you cant go wrong. Best mod I've put on my Jeep. (2015 Wrangler Unlimited) ... show more

  • This is a breeze on Jeep TJ.
Color: black
There is a lot of confusion on the installation of this light. On my 2005 Wrangler (TJ) it could not be easier: 1. It fits without any modification 2. It uses the existing sealed beam light bulb plug. 3. You don't need the "conversion" cable 4. I did not need any adjustments on new lights after installation. 5. I have experienced no flicker The best way to describe this installation on my Jeep TJ is that it is the same as changing the seal beam headlight bulb. Exactly the same! I was surprised when I did not have to adjust the head light aim after so many reviews saying the beams needed to be lowered after installing the LED light . I suspect many installers did not properly seat the light in its fixture which is difficult to do because the light wants to drop before the chrome ring is anchored which would cause the beam to be high. I recommend after installing the light leave the 4 screws on the light housing ring very loose. Then I use a suction cup to hold the light in proper position while tightening down the light ring screws and start with the screws on the bottom of the ring. As far as the lights performance - it is an incredible improvement over the seal beams. On low beams, I feel I have twice the light with particularly good side illumination as well as forward lighting. The high beams are great and also a big improvement. The light is very white in color compared to the yellowish light from the sealed beams. The only thing that was different with these headlights for me was the high beam indicator light on the dashboard. It quickly indicates when high beams are on. But when I switch to low beams there is often a delay of a second or two before the high beam indicator turns off. Not a big deal. These are great lights regardless of the price. I finally feel I have great visibility at night in my Jeep! ... show more

  • Updated - Easy, Inexpensive mod for my 2018 JKU
Color: black
2018 JK Unlimited Update: 2 years later and still working great!! No change in brightness and no burnt out bulbs!! What you need: silicone, electrical tape, a #T10 screwdriver/bit/torx, a flat head screwdriver. Metal file, Dremel or something to shave down the metal piece (if you have a jk). There are tons of reviews for this but I will add my 2 cents anyways. I have NEVER installed a car part in my life. This was not difficult and took about 30 minutes of actual work (not including the time it took me to find my Dremel ;)) I read previous reviews and wanted to protect myself as much as possible from all the potential issues that some people had. Here’s what I did. 0. Watch some YouTube videos for headlight installs. 1. The night before install I put clear silicone around the light where the glass/plastic part meets the metal. I used window sealant from auto zone ($12) If you get it on glass just leave it and let it dry it will be easier to peel off later. 2. I used electrical tape around all the connections. 3. Had to file the passenger side down a bit. I tried a metal file but found that difficult to get close enough to the base. Ended up using a Dremel tool with a metal grinding/ carving attachment ($5). Then I sprayed some paint on any exposed metal to prevent rust. When you go to put the headlight in, the part that needs filed down should be pretty obvious for most people. There are three little “tabs” and the top right one needs a little shaved off the right corner so the tab will fit in the groove for the light to be flush. 4. I adjusted the lights so they weren’t shining in everyone’s faces (found several YouTube videos). Park your car on level ground about 25ft away, facing a wall or other flat surface. You want the top of your headlight glow to be about 3ft off the ground. Adjust as needed. If too low your lights will be pointed at the ground and not useful to you. If too high you are shining a very bright light in everybody’s faces. You absolutely cannot skip this step. There is lots of info about where the adjustment screws are for your particular vehicle. Mine were directly next to the headlights themselves in front (grill had to be off). Lights work great. Good value and worth the trouble of filing down that one part. I will update if I experience any problems in the future but so far, so good. I’m happy for the price I paid. ... show more

  • For the price, these are amazing!
Color: black
I was originally going to get the JW Speaker lights but the price was just too high for me ($700 for a pair) so after looking at the alternatives, I decided on these. I must say, I'm very impressed! Pros: -Looks: these lights look slick. The blacked out housing really makes a statement compared to the highly reflective silver of the stock lights. -Price: literally a bargain compared to 99% of the other options out there -Brightness: these are extremely bright lights, unless you are on completely unlit back roads you probably won't need to use your high beams -Ease of Instillation: very easy to install, they did require a bit of modification on the passenger side but more on that later. -Built in anti-flicker resistor: unlike 99% of the other cheaper LED's on the market, there's no bulky anti-flicker harness you have to cram behind the light. -Decent quality adapter: I know some of the other reviews mention that the plug adapter wouldn't work properly but I had no issues with mine. It clicked into the OEM plug with no drama, I did wrap the connections with electrical tape just to be cautious but it isn't necessary. -Heavy, well built housing: I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the heat sink/housing on this light. It's cast aluminum with a black powder coat finish. I couldn't find any noticeable defects or flaws. -Well sealed: I installed these right before we had literally 3 straight weeks of rain and thunderstorms. My jeep sits in my driveway with no protection from the elements, and was also driven heavily during this time. No condensation or water inside the lens. Cons: -The passenger side light did require a bit of grinding to fit in my '18 JK sport, literally took a total of about 10 mins to grind down a few of the cooling fins and spray it with some spray paint to cover the exposed metal. If you dont have access to tools, I could see this being a bigger issue. - The lenses are made of polycarbonate, and as such will scratch easier than the OEM lights. Just something to keep in mind if you're going to be going on overgrown trails. And a quick public service announcement: TAKE SOME TIME AND PROPERLY AIM YOUR HEADLIGHTS AFTER INSTILLATION!!! I think LED/HID lights have recieved an unfair bad reputation for being 'blindingly bright' because numbskulls think that as long as their factory lights were aimed properly, there's no need to aim the new lights... WRONG! I spent about 20 mins to get them aimed and dispite them being extremely bright, I haven't been flashed once by oncoming traffic since I installed them. There's plenty of tutorials on YouTube on how to do it, PLEASE do everyone a favor and spend the extra 15-20 mins to make sure you're lights are aimed properly. I'd highly recommend these lights to anyone not looking to spend a fortune on headlights for their jeep. These are a great value and seem to be solidly built. I'll update this review should anything happen down the road to these lights. ... show more
