color - is gorgeous! i got the beige color! looks a little lighter than the pictures, but it ended up being the exact color i needed. comfort - the bottom cushions are on the firmer side, but it’s been 2 days and they are getting slightly softer. the back cushions could use more stuffing, but overall the couch is fairly comfortable. style/build - very sleek look, looks expensive and nice. the material is easy to clean, all the cushion covers come off and are able to be thrown in the washer. i have two short haired dogs and haven’t had an issue with hair/dirt sticking abnormally like it does with some materials. i am 6 foot and my husband is 6’3 and the couch height is perfect, maybe a little tiny bit lower than our upstairs couch but not noticeably low to the ground. the build is sturdy. we have front legs on a rug and back legs on the hardwood, hasn’t moved around or come apart between modules. Overall, i love this couch. i wish it was a little more comfy, but it’s in our spare living room so wont get used a whole lot. would maybe reconsider if getting for a heavy use area or sleeping capabilities, which is why i’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 ... show more

This is an amazing couch! It came in 5 separate packages over a few days but it seems like you can build the pieces as you receive them. Which was very easy to assemble! And it’s very sturdy, it does not make noises. Very comfy as well, I was able to take a nap on it. The fabric feels good and thick quality. It’s bigger than we expected which is nice and the storage bins in the ottomans are wonderful. I’m a small lady and I can move it on my own easily. It looks so good!!!! ... show more

I am going to answer all the questions i had and many were not well answered. First off the couch comes in 4 boxes, and one box looks from the pic like it is a chair. It is not, but has 2 end pieces tucked in there. I thought i was sent the wrong item. Secondly, the couch is a bit lighter than it shows. I feared the material would be slippery cheap garbage. It is not. The back cushions are reversible, but there is a black zipper tucked really low on one side. It could almost be hidden, or you could remove poly and put it in the other way. Some say the back cushions need poly added to corners. I like them just as they are. Couch had almost no odor, material was not wrinkled, cushions all filled out nice and the material was easy to put on all the cushions, but it was better with 2, to hold the zipper together. The bottom cushions have springs and velcro on the underside, but they are easily removed and moved around, and and a sheet nicely tucks over it all to make it a guest bed. The depth of cushions in great, as is the height of the back. I am so pleased with this couch. I have hours and hours in research and this is the one the Lord led us to. This cloud couch has so much form compared to most that are messy and suck you in. There was no assembly to speak of. Customer service was great. It is just a great couch. We love it ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This couch is absolutely gorgeous and of excellent quality, but the seat cushions are hard as a rock. I’ve bought several couches, that would be considered “firm”, but these are beyond firm. Ok. The couch arrived in 5 separate boxes and each box arrived on a different day. No big deal other than the fact that the boxes are HUGE and were sitting in front of my apartment each day, until I arrived home. Assembly was fairly easy but took time. My best advice would be to unpack and assemble one modular at a time, as there are several pieces per box. The back and arm cushions needed more stuffing. I ended up buying several bags of Polyfill and stuffed them to the max. This made the couch look even more expensive (see my video). I also upgraded the feet of the couch, as the ones that came with it were too small (width and height), and looked very basic. Total cost for the feet upgrade was $100 (see my video). Overall, I love the couch and receive soooo many compliments on the color. I hope it softens up over time, because as of right now, no one can lounge comfortably on it.
