I spent weeks trying to find a bed for my Master bedroom Makeover and was sure I wanted a black velvet bed until I landed on this. After literally weeks. of searching and hours of reading reviews, I said a small prayer and decided to purchase this. Let me tell you... YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! This bed is everything. Thought it would be too low but it actually is the perfect size from the ground (we just purchased a taller mattress 14 inch plus a topper) No box spring needed, as it comes with the wooden slats. There is a little gap at the top of the headboard, but Amazon has a cool gadget you can use to fill in the space (about 3-5 inches) The velvet is a vibrant olive green and beautiful and the convenience of the lamps and night stand attached, a definite plus. Easy to assemble, took about 1.5 hrs with 2 people. The lamps lift up and rotate 360 degrees and plug in so no batteries required. They are more "mood lighting", so don't try to read too much. Yet, they are adequate if you point them in the right direction. The nightstand drawer is solid wood and cones already assembled. Deep enough to store necessary items. If you're considering buying this, don't walk but run and purchases you won't be disappointed.

I absolutely love it! I am a single woman and I put it together alone, it took me about 2 hours. It’s pretty easy as long as you follow the instructions. I’m not jumping on my bed so it’s pretty sturdy and stable. The side tables are cute but a little tough to open, I feel like that’ll come with time. It did come in two different boxes but they both arrived together. It’s not as tall as I thought but it’s a good height. The drawers have the same space as any other night stand and I love the lights! I do want to know where to get a replacement bulb if I ever need one. Hopefully the maker responds for that.

This bed is EVERYTHING! The perfect compromise for my need for sleek lines/designs vs my husband's wants of opulent Victorian furniture (I get the sleek design he gets the height of the headboard). We thought the mattress would sit much lower to the floor than it actually did. We wanted a 14in mattress but settled on a 12in which was perfect. The color stated is olive and it is true to the color; absolutely stunningly beautiful. It is made of wood so extremely heavy and we had to take each piece upstairs individually instead of hauling both boxes. By no means is the room complete but here is a photo of the bed. Oh and it arrived a week earlier than expected so that was greatly appreciated.

I took a chance on this bed because when I bought it there were no reviews. I have no regrets! I ordered the king size and it fit in my bedroom exactly how I was hoping it would and it is absolutely fit to be the centerpiece of the room! It came in two separate boxes and it took me about the legnth of the first twilight movie to put together. (Sorry for the weird measurement of time) there is nothing I would change about this bed, and I absolutely love the built-in night lights! The only thing worth mentioning is that it's not one plug for the whole bed, the lights to have two cords, one on each side to be plugged in and i ended up needing a small extension cord. I would absolutely buy this bed again, it was a steal for the price

This product is not worth the money. The unit as a whole is very flimsy and cheaply built , feels like it’s built out of cardboard. One of the drawers was broken closed The velvet had compression marks all over, that you can’t brush out, and the end tables have no coverage while using ,needs glass or something square to cover and protect. Only has one center crossbar, which is unsupportive for the weight of a queen, should have 2 to 3 bars. You can hear items bouncing around in the pieces. Every time you want to plug or unplug something, you have to pull the whole bed away from the wall , built-in charging is poorly located. I would return but I threw out the boxes.

Disappointing Quality – Not Worth the Price 👎🏽 The screws didn’t match up properly with the embedded fit in the frame, making assembly frustrating and time-consuming. The whole setup isn’t easy to put together, and even after fully assembling it, the frames still wiggle and feel unstable. It also doesn’t look exactly like the pictures or the advertisement, which was disappointing. Overall, the build quality is poor, and with the added shipping fees, I definitely don’t think it’s worth the price.
