Contacted seller, but no response. The main headboard assembly is impossible. The predrilled metal recepticles do not align with the holes in the bottom piece to put the screws through. Major disappointment. The large wood panel that supports the headboard has two dents from metal pieces in the box which were sitting on it without any bubble wrap on that metal piece to prevent it from damaging the wood panel. Hopefully, the Seller will respond and receive this bed back for a refund. Still waiting for the Seller to contact me. Update: The Seller did respond and was able to rectify the situation for me.
