This bed is beautiful. I purchased the full size for my 14 yr old son. It's very sturdy and easy to put together (directions in the box). It ships in two separate boxes in which I received a day apart. When putting together there was one piece to the stand that was drilled incorrectly for the screws. I contacted the seller and they re shipped the piece no questions asked. They even checked in to make sure I'd received it. The drawers are very roomy and as long as you push them in properly, they won't move out of place. The plug ships in the box with the drawers and works great. I recommend this bed and this seller. I am using a mattress in the box type mattress, and I love the mattress, but I'd recommend using a box spring with this type of mattress because it constantly slips behind one of the metal slats holding the mattress. ... show more

We ordered this bed frame for my son’s room & it is fantastic. It came in two boxes & took my husband about 4 hours total- he spread it out building the frame first & then the book shelf headboard & finally drawers. Everything was there, labeled, & there were even extra pieces of hardware just in case. I asked my husband what he thought about building it & he said it was all in the instructions & laid out pretty well- his only recommendation would be more pictures. Some of the pictures/diagrams are small which can make it hard to see exactly what it should look like. But that was a minor thing. My son loves the lights & shelves (especially the hidden shelf). The frame is very sturdy & supportive. It is a little low with no box spring, but it works just fine. You could keep the box spring on it if you’d like-but it may cover a bit of the shelf- not sure. We were pleasantly surprised by this bed. It's good quality & sturdy. While assembly did take a little while, all the pieces were well labeled and instructions were clear. My daughter loves the shelf compartments and the LED lights. The only thing that is a little odd is that there is no lip for the mattress to sit down in- it just sits right on top of the slats. With the bed up against the wall, it works ok but I think the mattress might slide around some if the bed was out in the middle of the room. ... show more

this bedframe was easy to assemble and took us about 5 hours to put it together. I really like this setup. I got it with the underdrawers as well so plenty of storage in it.

    • Not the color as advertised/not a helpful company
It was not the color as advertised. The color was WAY off! In order to ship it back the customer has to pay for it. It's over 100# and it's too difficult to lift without help, which I don't have and it's outrageous to ship back at that weight. Definitely would not recommend. Ripoff! At least they could come get it and ship for free. Restocking charge I understand, but not this despicable way of doing business for your customers. I'll never shop with you all again, nor recommend. ... show more
